Aspen's POV:

I woke up after what seemed like an eon of slumber.

But I had the feeling that someone was observing me. However, I was the only person in the room at that point.

I was alone, why? In a location I'm not familiar with?

Then it suddenly rushed over to me.

Jacqueline, Trey, Trevor, and the unidentified woman

When the door opened, my anxiousness increased, but I soon became calm after seeing Jacqueline.

"Oh, I see you're awake." She claims

She cries into oblivion, "Guys, she's awake!"

Then Trey and Trevor approached her from behind.

"Hey, baby girl."They both smiled at me.

I gave them a wave.

"You worried us for days," Jacky remarked.

"How long did I sleep for?" I query

"For two weeks," she said.

a full two weeks! Goddamn, those medicines truly wiped me out; I slept for two weeks.

"So, my heat is gone?" I questioned

Everyone nodded.

I said, "Thank God, I don't want to go through that again."

"What are you waiting for, then? Let's feed you!" Trey chuckled.

We all departed for the gorgeous kitchen. It included two fridges and freezers, two islands with white marble countertops and gold details, and practically every inch of the walls were covered in grey counters. Food is my everlasting soulmate, wrote Trevor's apron, which he put on as soon as he entered the kitchen. I laughed at what it said, and he gave me a questioning look as if to ask, "What are you laughing at?" He rolled his eyes as I pointed to his apron and motioned for me to come closer,over to the island with the front-positioned beige bar stools. He hummed along to Butter by BTS, which was playing from the built-in speaker while I sat there with my legs swinging. I joined in.
