Hiding so much would only make it show
Imagine stuffing all of your belongings into one closet. Obviously it'll show.
It's completely the same with emotions and trauma. If you keep hiding them and shoving them in a faraway space, people will find out something's wrong. I don't care if you say you're good at hiding your emotions or whatever people will eventually find out if you keep too much to yourself.
Trauma and emotions are like weights. Say one trauma or emotion is roughly weighed at 5 kilograms, will you be able to carry all of them if there were 10? 50 kilograms is a lot and let's be honest no one has only 10 emotions or traumas. If you honestly feel like you'll be able to carry all the weight even when it reaches hundreds, millions even; then fine. Be stubborn. Let me just say though it's never too late to start shedding off the extra weight on your shoulders.
I'm not here to tell you that things would be okay instantly if you start talking but remember even the strongest closet won't hold if you keep putting stuff in it. And I think the last you'd want is for yourself to break because of your own decisions.
