After the sludge villain fiasco, the next ten months were surprisingly calm as I trained for the exam.

Well, as calm as a city full of quirks as can be, robberies and attacks were still prevalent, but no major events that would disrupt my training.

As nice it was to work solely on my workouts, it was also just as tiring. Training daily for the majority of the day for ten months would tire you out, not just physically, but also mentally.

As tomorrow was the exam day, I figured that I deserved or at least needed a day off to calm my nerves and muscles for the big day.

It was just the early morning as I monologed so I decided a run on the beach side would be comforting, running along on a sandy road as the water sloshes up and down the beachside, in a early morning breeze that wasn't too hot or cold just seemed perfect.

Although when I arrived at the beach, I was pleasantly surprised that the beachside wasn't filled with garbage as I remembered 10 months ago.

But nevertheless I went on my morning run, and it was even better than how I imagined, running down the beach gave a refreshing feeling that was much needed.

"(l/n)-san?"

A familiar voice called out to me. I turn around and see a greenette along with a frail looking man with blonde hair.

'Oh man, why am I getting a sense of deja vu right now??'

"Yes.... Midoriya-san was it?"

"It's nice to see you (l/n)-san, after the villain incident I would've never expected to see you again!"

"Please call me (y/n) though, there's no need for honorifics."

"A-Alright."

"But you are right, I also thought the same."

"What brings you here to Takoba Beach (y/n)? I haven't seen you here while I was training with all-  I-I  mean my s-sensei!"

"..."

'What's up with that?'

'He corrected himself  quite harshly when he was about to say the wrong person. I guess the sensei is very prideful.'

Wait, did he say train?

"You trained here?"

He nods with a quick pace, surprising me with his speed and the slight concussion he might have now.

"Wow, that is impressive to clean out a beach that was infested with trash not so long ago."

The short green haired boy gave a thumbs up while slightly dazed due to his head bonking from the rapid shaking earlier.

"Young Midoriya!  I suggest you sit down for the time being."

The frail man behind him had finally spoken, his tone of voice quite familiar, almost like a certain hero. But I suppose it's disrespectful to butt in and ask about that.
