This is a story based on what if Deadpool existed in the DC universe but not Wade Wilson...but someone entirely different and a completely different origin...well let's hop right in.

"-GOD! That is the most glorious and beautiful thing I've ever seen! He's mine! I call dibs! No take backs!" Deadpool rambles as he grows ecstatic and starts jumping down with giddiness. His anger now faded. Even forgetting his arm has been blasted off.
Meanwhile Wolverine growls and the beast in front of him snarls back and slam it's bladed tail.
"Since when did that green cue ball get a damn dragon? And why the does it look like you?!" He questions getting into a fighting stance against the dragon.

Deadpool simply shrugs then goes to pick up his arm and starts reattaching it to his body.
"Beats me! But one thing is for certain...it is gonna be my new best friend! C'mere boy!" Deadpool exclaims raising his arms wide and starts running towards the dragon.
"What-? Deadpool! The fuck are you doing?!" Wolverine yells in confusion as the former Merc rushes towards the dragon and leaps into the air.
"Yippee!"
White Box: "This is...surprising."
Red Box: "Are we-?"
Yellow Box: "About to train a dragon?!"
"Technically, we have to tame it. But afterwards, that's when we train it! Isn't that right, boy?!" Deadpool asks he is on the dragon's face, hugging it tightly and rubbing it cheek.
Wolverine smacks in his face in disbelief while Negasonic looks at the scene with a deadpan face.
"That's a quick way to get eaten." She says.
But surprisingly, the dragon bowed and let out a soft grunt, showing fondness of Deadpool's affection.
"Awww. Just like Toothless. You even dismembered me! But unlike Hiccup, I grow back my body parts!" He exclaims.
But then the dragon lets out a sudden roar of pain, shocking Deadpool as he looks and a see a device flickering in the back of the dragons neck.
"Oooooh. I see no-AHHHH!" Deadpool yells as he gets thrown off by the dragon, who is now in a blind rage.
He lands into a backwards roll and Wolverine growls and gets into his offensive stance.
"Guess yer hated by anything you come into contact with." Wolverine remarks.
"Oh, ha ha. No. Brainiac's controlling the cutie patootie. All we have to do is-"
"We got one mission, Jones. Tear this damn thing down! Not get YOU a damn pet." Wolverine says and rushes in.
"Why can't it be both?!" He asks and rushes in beside the fellow mutant, to deal with the dragon.
"Negasonic! Head to the core center of this place! Take that out and everything goes down with it! Go!" Wolverine orders as he flips in the air, dodging a swipe from the dragon's tail.
