After the fight of aokiji and akainu, Aokiji left the navy which made you upset. You were under aokiji's protection tho since he left you have no one to talk to, you were now quiet, after aokiji left you never really talked to anyone nor had the energy to do your work.

"Captain y/n! we have yet reached our destination 'Punk Hazard'!" stated the navy soldier, you shook your head and he quickly left you, you stood up and walked outside the ship were the fight between akainu and kuzan did, the island were split in half, "Captain l/n we have information that captain smoker is here on the island!" you didn't bother to answer since you didn't really care.

After walking about an hour in the cold you saw smoker covered in blood and..dolfamingo who was on top of smoker, you run towards them to stop them but when you reached out them you saw the last person you could see, "ara ara." suddenly everything stopped, you felt cold yet felt warm since you finally found where aokiji is, suddenly aokiji froze doflamingo but yet doffy broke out and just walked away.."KUZAN-SENSEI!" you screamed as tears started to form on your face, smoker was injured but you dont really care plus he was a bitch for not giving you the last piece of that apple pie last time in the navy HQ, you saw kuzan froze as you hugged him, you cried onto his chest "Ara ara..y/n how long was I gone? I heard you barely talk now." kuzan stated while he looked over smoker "Dont just stand there treat smoker!" you shouted at the men while they run up to treat smoker, you punched aokiji and he just let out a chuckle "You bastard how could you leave me there and worse! you left me without saying goodbye?!?!"

"y/n..I didn't wanna leave you and I dont wanna say 'goodbye' to you." he gently cupped your face as tears started running again "You look very...very tired, and you look like you haven't eaten in forever my dear y/n." he sigh and took out an apple from his bag and gave it to you, it was true you really haven't eaten properly in days or even when he left the navy.

As you took out a bite of the apple you shove his body to the ground and kicked his face, he didn't mind it he knew why you were angry at him, for the past two years he...left you, "are you two couples done fighting?" smoker yelled as he was all wrapped up in bandeges, "Shut it smoke face you were nearly beaten to death because of that flamingo shit!" you yelled tho everyone seems surprised to see and hear you..curse.

Kuzan stood up and gently grabbed your shoulder "Who taught you to curse!" he stated but you rolled your eyes at it "Now don't give me that look! I lost because of that magma man." you still didn't listen.

"y/n I wanted you to come with me, I swear but it was really dangerous...I dont want you getting hurt." you pushed him back and crossed your arms "You went missing without a trace and didn't even dare to contact me after you left and now.." you stopped when he let out a deep sigh, "Y/n, you know how complicated things are, and I know that you know what happend and where I was don't act dumb, I know you woman." he laughed and you punched him again which he didn't mind.

"You both are idiots who fight like a married couple" smoker said sarcastically. 

"Smoker don't you dare say another word or ill tell sengoku you had been lacking off work!" you barked which both men began to laugh, "Still the old you.." kuzan stated as he smiled, 

"Please tell me you have a plan." kuzan smile faded and he seems confused, "plan of?" 

"Look y/n I can't take you nor will be ever going back." he let out another deep sigh and went over to smoker, "You can't just walk out of my life just because you wanted to protect me!" you protested smoker looked at you "Geez woman I dont know how kuzan handles you." you rolled your eyes at smoker. 

Aokiji stood up and grabs your wrist pulling you somewhere where people wont find you both, "k-kuzan.." you murmured, "Y/n please trust me on this one...I am only protecting you, I want you to have an easy life from now on I want you to just simply relax as I handle the rest" before you could even speak he pressed his soft lips on you, you were melting at the kiss while he wraps his arms onto your waist pulling you closer.

"You don't know how much I adore you y/n..it hurts seeing you for the past 2 years..I don't want you to worry about me, I know we could get through this together." he smiled and you only nodded. "I will trust you on this one." you let out a defeated sigh and punched him on the chest leaving him to fall on the ground this time it wasn't a normal punch before you could land a hit on him you coated your punch with haki which he grunted in pain "Geez woman- ouch fuck, you gotta stop with the surprise attacks!" he stated while he clutch in pain, you only let out a chuckle "oh dear I love you too, don't you miss my punches~" you cooed and watch him in pain.
