Ik it's not canon anymore that Techno is Phil's son but in this story, he is bc fanfiction and it's not canon.
Also, Wilbur and Techno aren't twins, bc you are already his twin Wilbur is your younger sibling. Tubbo is also Phil's son. he was adopted when he was 2 and Tommy was 1 at that time
