Chapter 20 - A Sudden Trip

Angel's POV

"Oh pumpkin, you're welcome"

"And? Does it change my view on it?"

"Not really no"

"Do not go near me" why did I have to agree to a joust game for Sportsfriends? It was just me and Duncan left and he is unpredictable. This was going onto Kim's channel and Hannah and Kim look like they're enjoying themselves

"But I just want a hug" he did that adorable pout. I just narrowed my eyes at him, once the music speeds up I bet you that he's gonna pull me up. Right now he's standing right in front of me an I'm stuck in a chair like how Hannah was in that video, except I could literally hit him anywhere.

"Come on Angel kick him where it hurts" Kim whispered

"I'm his fiance that won't work on him" I replied

"So true"

"Then use your ninja skills" Hannah said while I blocked him when he tried to hit me

"Doesn't work when she's ticklish" and of course the music speeds up at this point.

After an hour

Duncan's POV

Angel fell asleep and now I'm carrying her around bridal style around the office as a small workout session.

"Right then, you've been carrying her around for like half an hour, aren't you tired?" Lewis just caught up to me.

"Well I'm just going on with my normal routine so might as well have some company"

"You two are adorable" he just walked off I just grabbed a can of Pepsi Max and went to Angel's office and sat down on the bean bag with her. Soon her phone started ringing it must've been on vibrate because she shot up.

"Ugh remind me not to fall asleep with my phone in my back pocket and on vibrate" she mumbled and answered it with a yawn. "Hello?" She should really start looking at the caller ID. "Woah woah woah slow down a moment" she sat up and rested her back against my chest and just said her head back don't know if she was intentionally letting me listen in on the conversation or if she was just really tired and couldn't keep her head up. There was another girl on the line.

"How can I fucking slow down? He's gone, he's just gone" she literally screamed into her phone

"Who's gone what do you mean?"

"OK Louise I'm sorry she's going through a tough time right now. OK so basically the guys had a really big party yesterday and he may have drunk too much because, well when we went to wake him up the next morning he would respond, we called the ambulance but he was already gone so there wasn't much that we could do especially seeing that he vomited last night it wasn't good"

"wait hold on a bloody moment, who are we talking about?"

"Her father"

"Have you contacted Lewis yet?"

"Of course not, you're the closest cousin to me" the other on screamed over.

"Alright tell her to stop screaming and me and Lewis will be there tomorrow"

"The funeral is on Saturday, so basically the 2nd of May" she just hung up.

"You alright?" I asked
