As I got there I walk into home room that they apparently have every other wednesday and turn to see the extra tall white boy I rudely met yesterday in the corner talking to his friends with Trinity all over him tryna kiss him, which he rejects and I just laugh and sit in my seat.
"good morning class, as you all know i'm Mr. hart and.. wait a minute do I know you" he says looking over at me. "uh I don't think so" I reply "of course you don't know her, she's an ugly darkskinned weirdo, who just came here unwelcome" Trinity decides to say
"oh my fucking god trinity shut the fuck up, you always talking out the side of yo dirty ass neck and im really about to smack the shit outta you, colorism isn't cute at all" I say turning to her, everyone making noises " me personally, I wouldn't take that but that's just me tho" the darkskin said and I just looked at him
"alright class enough trinity no more of the colorism or you will be sent out. 𝘈𝘩𝘦𝘮 sage would you like to come up and introduce yourself to the class" as I stand up Trinity boos, like the weirdo she is "my name is Sage, i'm from Minnesota, i'm 17, and my favorite color is sage green and blue" I say monotonous.
"thank you sage, you may go sit down now" Mr. Hart says to me and i go back to my seat as white boy started talking to me "ew your from minnesota?" he questioned laughing "yes nigga.. problem" I said waiting for a response "oh ok" "still no number?" he asked "you said I wasn't good looking enough, so no" I replied rolling my eyes "first I was joking but yeah alright, ill get it next time " and the conversation died while I waited for class to end
when home room was over I met up with Amera and Aaliyah by our lockers "so how was your first home room in L.A." Aaliyah asks me "it was the same as MN, bro tell me why trinity and that white boy and his friends are in that home room"

"sorry, but anyway what was she doing" Amera asked "she was all over him and shit, then tried to start being colorist to me. i swear next time I see her we're fighting" I told them
"I think you should wait till next week cause there's a party tomorrow and i'm tryna get turnt" I nod
"well either way ill sneak out to go if I do get grounded.. I gotta go see y'all tomorrow if I don't see y'all at the party" they wave and I walk away.
after school I had drove to the gas station for some snacks then headed home. once I got inside I smelt perfume and cologne which is how I knew mom and gabriel were home, so I said hi to gabriel and went to go talk to my mom "bawo ni eyin" [ how are you]" " mo dara" [im fine] "that's good, how was school" she asks switching to english
"it was good, im so tired of that girl trinity ma" she looks at me confused "what she na do" she says chuckling "Abeg she can bother dey ppl for fun" I say and we start laughing "ehn just give her one good slap" mom says as I walk away going into my room giggling
