Chapter 9

Justin's POV

"Nisa! Wait!" I yelled out to Nisa as she ran out of the hospital, crying.

I made sure Mabs was okay before following Nisa.

Regie followed after me, trying to get me to stop, but I just ignored him.

"Nisa!" I yelled out again once I reached the entrance of the hospital, but couldn't find her.

"This is your fault, Regie," I said, turning to Regie as he widened his eyes in shock.

"My fault?" he asks, pointing to himself.

"Yeah. If it wasn't for you, I would've caught up with Nisa to check if she was okay, but no... You had to stop me," I said, rolling my eyes in annoyance.

"Dude... Did you forget what happened to Mabs?! She just fainted and you're worried about Nisa?!" Regie asked as I turned to him with a surprised look.

"Do you even have any idea what Mabs said to Nisa? That was uncalled for," I told him as he just rolled his eyes with a scoff.

"Uncalled for? Nisa making Mabs faint is uncalled for. Nisa should've just left it alone and apologized to Mabs and you know it,"

"Whatever, man... I'm going to find Nisa. Let me know how Mabs is doing," I said, shaking my head as I ran out of the hospital to find Nisa.

3rd POV

The boys (excluding Justin) and Dahlia stood in front of Mabs' bed, hoping that she would wake up again.

"I can't believe Nisa would make Mabs faint," Dahlia mumbled, shaking her head.

"If you think about it, it's also Ryan's fault as well," Kane said as Ryan gave him a look.

"I mean... He isn't wrong, but Nisa shouldn't have pushed her to the point where she fainted," Darren said.

"Come on, guys. You can't blame Nisa. You guys know that Nisa feels sorry for Mabs," Manager Tyler says to the boys.

"Let's just wait for Mabs to wake up," Dahlia said as she just continued to hold Mabs' hand, hoping that she would wake up.

Nisa's POV

'Who does Mabs think she is? I mean... I know she's just trying to protect me and all but I'm not a little kid anymore,' I thought as I kicked the rocks on the ground in frustration.

"Having friend problems?" I heard a voice ask, stopping me in my tracks as I turned to see who the owner of the voice was.

I turned around and gave the person a glare.

"Jiho..."

"Nisa... It's nice to see you. How have you been?"

"What do you want?" I glared as he just gave me a smirk.

"I can't just say hello?" he asked as I rolled my eyes and turned to Jun, the stepbrother.

"And what are you doing here, Jun?"

"I can't say hello either? Why are you glaring so much? You're not gonna try and stab me again are you?" Jun says with a smirk.

"Maybe... It depends on why you guys are here," I told them with a glare.

"We have a proposition for you," Jiho (Mabs' stepfather) said with a small smile.

"Proposition?" I ask them with confusion and curiosity.

"Come work with us," Jun said as I eyed him suspiciously.

"And why would I do that?"

"Don't you want revenge on Mabs?"

"What?"

"Revenge... Don't you like the sound of that?" Jun says.

"Why do I need revenge?"

"Did you forget? Mabs kept blaming you for everything."

"Were you stalking us?"

"That's not the point."

"So? She's gonna forgive me sooner or later..."

"You really think so? She's not gonna forgive you. Stop lying to yourself, Nisa," Jun says.

"You really think imma believe y'alls bullshit?" I say, starting to walk away as I shake my head.

"If you keep walking away, your gonna regret it."

TIME SKIP
Mabs' POV

I woke up to find everybody waiting around me, but I didn't see Nisa.

"Where's Nisa?" I ask, as everybody looks at Justin for an answer.

"I don't know. When you fainted, she ran out of the hospital. I tried to follow her, but I lost her when I ran out of the hospital," Justin said as I started to sit up.

"Mabs. You should be careful," Ryan says, holding my arm, but I just glared at him.

Ryan noticed my glare and slowly let go of my arm.

Just then, the doctor came in.

"Good. You woke up. Well, it seems like everything is fine. You are free to leave," the doctor said to me with a smile.

"Thank you, doc," Sebastian said as the doctor nodded and left the room.

"I need to find Nisa," I said as I started to get up, but groaned because of the headache that just appeared.

"Mabs. You should really slow down and be careful. You're not fully healed yet," Regie said as I continued to stand up.

"Says who? I'm fine," I said, annoyingly as I rolled my eyes.

"Where are you going?" Dahlia asked as I started to make my way to the door.

"I'm going to find Nisa," I said, not stopping.

"Why?" Ryan asked as I just rolled my eyes again.

"I need to apologize to Nisa,"

"For what? After all she did to you?" Regie asks, as I stop in my tracks.

"Look... It's not Nisa's fault that I fainted. Actually... It wasn't Nisa's fault at all. It was all my fault. I shouldn't have acted like that to Nisa and Ryan. I shouldn't have made assumptions," I said with a sigh, turning to the others as I got ready to continue.

"I also shouldn't have blamed her for her getting kidnapped. And as for my stepbrother raping me, I shouldn't have blamed her for that either. She was only trying to help me and I made her feel like that?? What kind of friend am I?" I said as tears started to fall.

"If you're going to find Nisa, I'm going too,"Justin said as everyone agreed.

I rolled my eyes and let out a breath.

"Fine. Let's go," I said as they all followed me out the door.
