" This is the letter which she left and told me to give it to you" hoseok handed the paper over to Suzy who was just sitting on the chair with an emotionless face.
Who knew that after coming back from a trip she would be receiving such a news. At the end all have to go, and she had to accept it to that her mother-in-law no cut that, her mother has left too. Only if she could see her for the last time.
" You could have informed me you know, why did you inform me today morning?" she asked while he just gave her a sad smile.
He just didn't want to ruin her time because she deserved it after working so much, after suffering so much. Maybe Suzy didn't tell him the whole story of her life but her mother-in-law surely narrated him the whole incident and he surely did feel his heart twist in pain cause he did have a crush on her.
" You needed that trip Suzy and I didn't want to make you worry. What if I informed you about it and you tried to come here as fast as possible but have an accident in the road? You would have taken care of you then?" he spoke up in a soft voice as Suzy bite back her lips suppressing the tears that had piled up in her eyes. Sniffling a little she broke down as Hoseok couldn't help but pull her towards him and give a warm hug.
" It hurts, it hurts so much. The guilt that I was not there when she left will be haunting me until my last breathe. She was the only one who cared for me as a daughter after all these, just why" she hugged his tighter while her face buried in his shirt as her tears were damping it. Hoseok didn't care about it cause at that time she needed comfort and support.
" Did you inform about it to anyone? " he asked as she shook her head still sniffling. He patted his back as he took out his phone and texted you and Jimin to come over quickly. Hoseok would have been with her but he had to look for another patient right now. The least he could was call Suzy's friends and tell them to console her.
" Hyun took care of her funeral; I think you may get to talk to him and sort out things "

You felt your phone vibrating as you stirred in your sleep while pulling out your phone and opened it while yawning. Your eyebrows rose up as you saw a message popping up from hoseok and then a missed call from Jimin. Quickly opening the message, your mouth parted up in shock as you stood up and took hold of your bag trying to run but someone caught up your wrist making you turn around.
