NO ONES POV:
This morning at the country club, everyone running around everywhere, setting up food or tables and decorations. Everyone trying to make tonight perfect.
Meanwhile at the Fisher's beach house, Belly and
Y/n had just woken up. Belly getting surprised with her new white dress and Y/n getting the heel she wanted.
Y/n wanted to something simple. Her dress was long and silky and at the top it had white thin straps with a v-cut in the middle of her chest, not to deep.
Her date was this random boy she met at the country club named Caden.
At first Y/n wasn't so sure about this whole Debutante thing but now she was over the moon exited for it, definitely nervous but whats there to lose?
As Y/n walked down the stairs to head to the car to get ready she sees Jeremiah putting her dress in the trunk.
"hey" Y/n says walking out the door towards him
"oh hey" he says smiling
"you coming to the deb ball?" she ask
"uh yea my mom wanted me to come see" he says
"i thought you were going with Belly?" she asks confused
"nah, she is uh going with Conrad" he says
"right, well see you tonight" she says heading to the drivers seat

Y/n POV:
I was the last one in the dressing room. I pick up my flowers and make my way to exit the room. I take a quick last glance at the room then make my way to the side of the stage and see Caden opposite of me.
He smiles at me quickly and i smile back
"Y/n Conklin, daughter of John Conklin and Laurel Park.." Paige says as me and Caden walk on stage, i chain my arms into his as we both walk off stage and Paige continues
i give my flowers to my mom before me and Caden stand beside Belly and Conrad

Y/n POV:
it was 1 minute until the dance started and i couldn't find Caden anywhere. I quickly look at Jeremiah and
send a face for 'wheres Caden!?'
I see Jeremiah stand up and come close to me
ok yk where like something good is about to happens and everything kinda freezes or goes into slow motion, i know thats like a movie thing but i think its happening like right now.
he takes me hand before we both get into dance position
we do our dance, holding eye contact the whole entire time, it feels like no one was watching. just us being us. at last he dips me in and pulls me up before whispering in my ear
"i think i messed up" he says chuckling
"i didn't notice" i say smiling
"im glad..im glad that it was me" he says looking down at me
"im glad too, thank you" i say looking at him
"anytime" he says smiling brightly

NO ONES POV:
that night Y/n went to sleep perfectly, she didn't think she was meant for the Fisher brothers, she didn't think that one dance would flip all her feeling around. Was she falling for Jeremiah Fisher?
