A crazy party goes forward at Mayor Davenport 30 room mansion. There were women and strippers eeverywhere. Joe took pictures of Davenport doing lines of coke, popping pills and sexually violating a female without permission. Within 30 minutes Joe captures both of Davenport's cellphones, gathers his finger print unlocking the cellphone and getting codes to everyone of his vaulted rooms while getting pass every security squad on each floor. Joe enters a back room taking over $30million worth of jewelry, $350,000 in cash, $2million in diamonds and before he can take the diamond that was supposed to be an secure exhibit that was work $250M someone walks in shooting at Joe right away. Joe manages to pop 7 of the security guys then blacks out a lights sp he could get away.

When Joe returns home, he peeps in on a clueless Melissa who was on the bed in lingerie painting her toe nails. As much as he wanted to explore sexual activities with Melissa he went his back cave testing jewels then placing them on the market for sale. He stumbles across a necklace that had a M decal. He keeps it. He prints out the photos of Mayor Davenport as the money machine accounts the $350,000 being real bills."

Joe quickly shuts everything down then text his connect.
Joe, "I have some high price jewelry that will go for a 30% mark up on the black market. I'll send you some piece but in return up the price."
A text comes back, "Big man aint biting to up the price."

News Anchor from Capitol News: Detective Wallace is looking for the man Luis Martinez Sanchez if anyone sees him a $250,000 reward is avalaible. He's wanted for over 30 murder cases and counting. He's also robbed banks and safe deposit boxes getting away with over $30 million. Please contact authorities."
Joe dials Luis number three times but Luis doesnt pick up. His phone rings again and he signals for another side piece Black Russian named Brittany to relax with giving him head so he could answer the call.
Joe, "I know your ass is probably get sucked off by a freaky, bad bitch right now but you need to get off your ass and get your ass out of town and this time don't look back."
Luis, "Joe, my man you gotta relax."
Joe, "No get off your shoulders. Turn on the Capitol News your ass is all over it."
Luis does so and he see himself everywhere. He see blue lights out his window.
Luis, "Shit. Them motherfuckas is here Joe."
Joe, "I been trying to call your ass but you wont picking up. Get your ass out of there. And pop that bitch in the head and leave. No witnesses."
Luis did just that and left.

After catching busses and cabs Luis makes it to the border where Joe picks Luis up.
Luis, "Raquel did this shit bruh."
Joe, "Thats fucked up. Thats why I never did that relationship shit. Women get mad after you done let her in. She flip on your ass. But I'm going to go back into Washington to clean up loose ends but I need to you to make sure Melissa ass stay put."
Luis, "You got Melissa?!"
Joe, "Yes. And until they up the price I want her ass alive."
Luis and Joe peeps through Melissa room door. She was too busy online shopping with a VISA gift card Joe gifted her.
Luis, "She bad as fuck. Can I hit that?"
Joe, "Make sure she don't leave and I'll think about it."

Within 24 hours Joe heads back into Seattle cleaning up all Luis mess and even made sure Raquel was locked away in a safe house where there was no escape. Joe phones Luis, "I'm at our old safe house with Raquel. You want her dead or alive?"
Luis, "At this point I don't need no loose strings. Waste that bitch."
Without thinking Joe pops Raquel in the head and burns her body alive then drives off to the nearest ocean to spread the remains.

Joe returns back to Idaho but swings by Mayor Davenport mansion. It reads 2:26A.M. but Joe places the typed note and two briefcases with a couple dirty photos.

When Davenport gets up for breakfast the next morning he quickly retrieve the items and does an instructed but hoping to figure this person out.
