When we got outside, it was very bright. We both felt like we were blind. When our vision adjusted, we saw bodies. Dead, rotten, bodies lying on the ground. "What the hell?" We both said.
We started walking to the parking lot, to see if we could find a vehicle. Unfortunately, all there was was a motorcycle.
"Come on." He said after he hot wired it. I shook my head. "You've never rode one before? Have you?" I looked away embarrassed. "No." He smirked, "There's a first time for everything." He said directing me to sit behind him. I soon gave in.

"What way is is?" He asked me trying to avoid the main roads.
"Its to the right, then go straight until you turn down a dirt road. Then you turn down it and go straight." I said. He nodded and went in the direction I told him too.
When we got to the farm, it was untouched. Nothing was on it. I jumped off the now stopped motorcycle and ran to the door. I hurriedly opened it and ran in. I heard people running to where I was. Maggie, Shawn, Momma, and daddy. I was relieved. I ran to each and everyone of them and hugged them tightly. As I was hugging daddy a knock came at the door. Daddy pushed me back and grabbed his shotgun. He may be a Christian but at the end of the world you should prepare, and he did. "Hold up. I'll take care of this." He started walking but I pushed in front of him. "Bethy what's wrong?" "Nothing. But he's with me. He was the guy I ran over and him and I was the only ones at the hospital. He helped me." Daddy nodded and let me open the door. "Come on in." I said. Be walked in and stood beside me. "Daryl, this is my family. Maggie, my sister, Shawn, my brother, mom and my daddy. Family this is Daryl Dixon." I said smiling.
They just look at him. Mamma and daddy looking shocked. "Are y'all okay?" They nodded and shook out of whatever it was.
