I did it
So this is how it feels
To kill someone
All night, sleep seems to be impossible
I can feel my heartbeat
Even on my back, on my neck
As I lay on my bed staring
At the stark black ceiling
This constant ringing in my ears
From the gravity of guilt
It's all true
It's all disturbing
I shouldn't have done it
But I did it.
I have many sleepless nights before
But those are just a cinch compared to this
Now the visions are vivid
And the voices are clearer
They keep telling me
To fix this ordeal,
I have to do it again.
