Chapter 4

Mystic Falls

It's been a few weeks since Damon and Bonnie came back from France. "Thank you. - I had the best time." Bonnie now neared Damon. " Your most welcome. - I think we should pick up where we left off." Damon now kissed Bonnie. "Please. - give me a break." Katherine said from behind them. "Katherine." Damon scowled. "Damon. - my least favourite Salvatore." Katherine sneered. " What can we do for you?" Bonnie asks. " My doppelganger. - do you know where she is?" Katherine spoke. "Nope. - you gotta look for her all by yourself." Damon said. Katherine rolled her eyes. "Fine. - be that way." Katherine spoke.

New Orleans

Elena has been feeling sick. For the past two weeks. No doctor can tell what's wrong with her. Elijah is besides himself with worry. Nothing he does to her helps.  She coughs up his blood. He doesn't know what is wrong with her. " How is she?" Klaus asks. " She getting worse. - I can't lose her. - not now that I've just got her." Elijah now has tears coming down his eyes. Elena now awake. Called for Elijah. "I'm going to die. - I can feel it. - please find someone else. - it will make me happy. - promise me." Elena barley spoke. "First of all, your not going to die - second of all, I promise." Elijah spoke. "We don't know that." Elena now went back to sleep. "I've rang Kol to ask Davina to come." Klaus said. "Hopefully we will find out more then." Elijah spoke. Elena began to burn up. Began to shake. Elijah stood there. Knowing there wasn't anything he could do. Only make sure she didn't choke. He began to panic. Minutes turned to hours. Hours turns to days. Days turned to weeks. And Elijah hadn't left Elena's side. Not even to feed.
Then there was a knock on the door.

Mystic Falls.

Damon and Bonnie were having the time of their lives. Not a care in the world. That was until Damon heard about Elena. "Bonnie. - Elena is dying." Damon told her carefully. "What? - how?" Bonnie now in shock. "I don't know all the details. - just heard a bit of Matt's conversation with Caroline." Damon spoke. "We have to find her. - I have to be  there for her." Bonnie spoke.
