Sour then sweet (Baszler)

     

           You were sitting in medical wincing slight " ouch " you mumbled alittle and picked up your phone and texted Shayna to see if you could snag her before her match, you knew it was a small amount of time but maybe she could run by real quick.

You were doing a promo and have been in a storyline with Shotzi. Her being the "heel " right now it was scripted for you to be doing an interview about what Shotzi had just said in her promo in the ring, when she'd come through and hear you and it turn into a brawl backstage. What wasn't apart of the promo was you hitting you foot and yelling out. Shotzi had grabbed you and went to throw you into the wall which she did but instead of you just flying into the wall your foot hit something and cause your ankle to twist alittle more then recommended. You collapsed to the floor and Shotzi backed away and actually went to go get medic realizing almost instantly you were in actually pain.

You held your ankle and groaned " god damn it " you mumbled and dragged yourself up and winced and almost fell when you put pressure on it. Holding yourself up with the opposite leg you saw Shotzi and a medic walking towards you. " I'm fine.. I'm fine " you waved off before they shook their head and helped you to the room and started to look at your ankle and foot. They realized it wasn't broken but you definitely were close to doing so. They started wrapping your foot to keep any swelling down that might happen.

Shayna POV

I was in my gear and all ready for my match tonight. I made my way around as I had a few minutes before my match before getting a text. " Can you come to medical plz?" . I raised and eyebrow and started walking there before a tech walked up " you're on in 6 Baszler " they said and I sighed softly and needed. " Thank you " I said and started making my way towards the gorilla. I didn't have time to go to the medical room to see her even though I really wanted to. She really only goes if she's hurt so I hoped she wasn't to to badly banged up. " I can't right now but I promise I'll be there once my match is over " I replied before setting my phone down and hearing my entrance music to play and I walk out.

It was a match of me again Raquel and I was ready to give her a hard dose of reality. Or at least I was- I really was thinking about going back to the medical room to see if my girl was okay -it was on my mind for the whole fight . I took a deep breath and stood in the ring and looked around before bringing my attention to my opponent. The match started and we went back and forth, we fought back and forth to win Different parts of the crowd were cheering for their favorite person. In a short time of back and forth I began to work on her legs- I picked a leg and started to target all of my moves onto it, watching her try and pull herself from me as I smirked walking over and stepping on her arm before slamming it into the ground making her hit the mat.

Once the match was over and I took the victory over her, I wasted no time getting backstage and making my way to medical. Walking in I glanced around and noticed my girlfriend, she had a bandage wrapped around her foot along with a annoyed look on her face. " Hey Babe " I laughed softly walked over. " What happened?" I asked sitting next to her and pulling her closer and wrapping my arm around her shoulder. " I hit my foot on something.. or something caused it to twist during my promo with Shotzi." She explained " Damn.. How ya feeling?" I continued on asking questions and just talking. " um I'm okay, my foots alittle sore but I'll be okay and it's not broken so we're good " she said and smiled and I nodded and kissed her forehead.

" Okay. Can we go back to the hotel now? Im ready to sleep " I heard her say to me. " yeah come on " I said and stood in front of her " get on " I said and waited for her to climb in my back; carrying her out we made our way to the hotel. I drove the car and we just talked about things.

" You did great in your match babe, at least one of us didn't get hurt " You said to Shayna as you looked over at her sitting in the car. You chuckled at your own comment as she rolled her eyes " thanks and it's okay accidents happen " Shayna told her partner. " I know " you replied and chuckled. " Are you gonna want something to eat?" Shayna asked you, nodding you replied " yeah I'm pretty hungry". The dark haired woman agreed chiming in that she was also hungry.

You both ordered and ate the food pretty quickly, showering and then finding yourselves in bed sleeping before having to get up early into the morning to move to a new location and the same for the day after that.
