Hazmat suits are always important when fighting Gootraxians. If you accidently step into a puddle of goo, or step on a spike, no worries! The Hazmat suit will protect you from all those things, but only once.
Scythes are also very important when fighting Gootraxians, because you can block their attacks using it. It also has a long reach, so you can hit the Gootraxians from a decently far distance away.
Kaiju Blaster is very important when fighting any Kaiju type Gootraxians. It will do the most damage to them.
Med kits should also be on ones' person, so you can heal after a long, deadly battle with a Gootraxian.
Bricks are good for long distance combat. They do a decent amount of damage as well.
Any other weapon will work, but I would recommend using the one's listed above. [And wearing a Hazmat suit.]
