It was 3rd grade and my friend had a crush on a boy from school.
I've known him since 1st grade by know and it was like from what I can remember:
"I have a secret."
"What is it?"
"I like Curtis."
"Really?🤨 Curtis?"
"Yeah"
"Okay then"
I made sure to be as supportive as possible and did everything. Like talking about him, watching him from a distance on the playground(we were obviously caught while doing so) , pointing out when he was there while giggling and all that stuff.
Also apparently she had been talking with him and they had a secret and he told her not to tell anyone or they wouldn't be together anymore.
I don't know if they were crushing or dating or whatever but when I saw her again in middle school I asked her while we were eating popsicles like from how I can remember:
"Oh, do you still have a crush on Curtis?"
"No. Eww"
And proceeded to roast him while we saw him with his friends on the other side of the school.
So yeah. That was that. Just a little insight on seeing other people crushing before I started to like anybody and the most memorable.😋
