More Than Friends

Chapter 1

I guess you could say everyone has that one talent that helps them escape reality unfortunately for me even my passion doesnt help me escape even though i wish it did. I was a dancer i use to enough teaching others till one day i was performing and fell and busted my knee of course it popped and after that i was afraid of dancing and hearing that pop again. I lived in texas for a few years before heading out to the place of my dreams California, my life is simply a live in the moment kind of thing i love looking at the positive side in things of course like following my heart which lead me to were i am know.

I live in a condo next to the beach my parents owned it for when we came for vacation but agreed i could live there for as long as i needed ive been back for a month now and i got to reunite with my cousin savannah and brandon they have a band the heirs and they are amazing i feel like this move will be worth it hopefully i can find my escape again.

I groan as i begin curling my long ombre hair tonight was the walk the moon concert savannah invited me too i smiled as i finished my hair slowly applying some make up minimal amount i dont like to over do it. I began looking through my closet for an outfit i decide something simple some black skinny jeans a white tank top and my blue and white flannel and converse simply is good for me.

I grabbed my keys and headed out to my car and began driving to the stadium i was honestly a little excited its been awhile i parked my car and headed inside to find savannah and brandon "hey guys" i smiled hugging them tightly "hey you im so glad you came babe" sav said grinned "your gonna love it just like old times " brandon smiled as we walked towards there group of friends "guys i want you all to meet my cousin jasmine she just moved back" she said looking around "omg finally sav always talked about you im sure well be like best friends im rydel" she smiled hugging me i smiled "im ellington rydels boyfriend" he smiled shaking my hand "and im ryland savnnahs boyfriend i dont know if you remember me" he smirked i smiled "of course ry couldnt forget" i giggled hugging him "hey im ross rydels brother" he smiled waving "and im rocky " he smiled waving "i guess that leave me im riker " he smiled "well it definitely isnt save the best for last" said rocky joking riker faked laughed punching him in the arm as a girl cleared her voice "oh this is my girlfriend vanessa" riker smiled i waved which she returned.

We all danced and it got pretty crazy i ended up on rocky's shoulders and he accidentally dropped me on ross who lucky caught me highlight of the night i finally made more friends and it felt like i was were i was meant to be like i belonged before long the concert ended and i drove home to find myself super exausted so i took a shower changed into my shorts and a flannel and passed out it was definitely a night id remember.

The next week went by fast id finished some last minute things i hadnt had a chance to do i was currently at in and out grabbing food i was starving just then rocky and Ellington walked in "jazzy!!" Rocky squealed all girly like before hugging me "jazzy! What a coincidence " Ellington smiled hugging me "hey guys how are you!!" I giggled "were awesome finished recording for the band im sure sav told you" rocky smiled "yes she did so what are you guys doing right now" i smirked "disneyland time you wanna come?" They smiled bigged i laughed "sure id love that" i smiled as we got are food and i followed them to there house we arrived as the walked in i followed "hey jaz" ross smiled who was in the kitchen "jaz!" Rydel squealed hugging me i huggd her back tightly as a women walked in followed by a man "hi sweetie im stormie and this is mark my husband parents to these kiddos aside from our adopt son Ellington " she joked i smiled "its so nice to meet you!" I smiled hugging her which she returned and we all ate as riker walked in looking exausted and shirtless my eyes dropped "morning guys... oh Jasmine whats up" he smiled grabbing some juice "hi" was all i could get out "riker anthony lynch go put on a shirt" stormie sighed "we have a guest" riker chuckled "sorry mom" he said walking out to grab one he returned with a flannel seeing we matched i laughed shaking my head as we finished up heading to Disneyland picking up vanessa and savannah and brandon and alexa once we arrived everyone had someone apart for me and ross and brandon i frowned at the thought i never found someone who i felt i could be me around so i pushed the thought as ross and brandon grabbed my arms "well be your date" they joked making me smile its like they knew.
