I awake to a knock on the door I sigh remembering what happened it was hard to believe I groaned getting up my face felt sticky from tears I clenched my side opening the door to find stormie "hey sweet pea you okay?" She smiled "of course I am" I faked smiled "so riker's birthday is this weekend and well I wanna plan a surprise party I need you and Rydel to help me" she paused "Rydel left with Ellington so I wanted to see if your up for shopping" I smiled "sure thing" I said as we walked towards the kitchen I sighed hearing laughs I looked out the window to see the boys and a couple girls and boys I frowned "those our there high school friends" stormie smiled just then I got a text from riker
R: Im sorry, movie night tonight to make it up I'll bring the sour patch?
I smiled a little and responded
J:don't be late!

After a few hours of shopping we headed home I his everything in my closet and dial riker but it went to voicemail I frowned walking to their room nothing so I found Ellington and Rydel making food I smiled "hey lovebirds movie night I'm guessing?" They smiled "yes ma'am " Ellington said grabbing the snacks "have you seen riker?" I asked she frowned "yeah he left with Ross and rocky and those girls not sure were why?" She said smiling "n..nothing just curious" I fake smiled grabbing some sour patch looks like movie date for one I sighed walking into the guest room and changing into my PJs and curled into a ball I lost track of time before I drifted off to sleep. I woke up the next morning and sighed getting up I walked to Rydel room she smiled "hey sleepy head" she giggled I sighed " lets do something?" I smiled "like go to the beach?" Rydel smiled I laughed nodding and went to change as we pack some stuff we headed to the kitchen only to see the boys eating bagels with bags under there eyes I bit my lip as riker looked at me apologetically I looked away as these girls walked in I assume from last night one wrapping herself in front of riker I frowned walking to the car as someone yanked my wrist i turned to see him "what?' I said coldly he frowned "I'm sorry I stood you up I got caught up" I laughed "your sorry.. You got caught up in another girls arms" I frowned "its cool I shouldn't of let my guard down I'm use to it anyways really its fine riker just forget it ok you don't owe me a explanation I'm no one " I sighed "have fun I'll see you later" I said as Rydel came towards us he frowned I half smiled walking to the car when got to the beach we laid everything out and went surfing around 8 we headed home when we got home I gasp as roses laided on my bed I picked up the card
I'm sorry I owe you at least this
I smiled and walked to find the boys playing there game I went to sit on the floor and watched them "how was surfing?" Ryland said joining me on the floor "good good I'm finally mastering not falling off the board" I joked "we should all go!" Rocky said smiling I nodded

I giggled as me and Rydel crounched behind the couch as the door opened we all jumped up "surprise !" I smiled as riker laughed "happy birthday! We all yelled loudly as he hugged stormie "thanks mom' he smiled "not just me jasmine and Rydel helped too" she smiled I blushed as riker hugged me and delly he pulled away smiling as ryland began playing music everyone skattered I stood besides Brandon as we laughed and drank a little "so what's up with riker?" He smirked 'nothing why?" I frowned "come on I see how he looks at you he wants you" he smirked I halfed choked when I felt an arm on my waist it was riker Brandon wiggled his eyebrows walking away "get them tiger " Brandon said smiling I shook my head "so you having fun birthday boy?" I smirked "ehhh I wanna go do something crazy you in?" He smiled I laughed as he grabbed my hand we walked outside and he began climbing a ladder I followed as we reached the top we sat in silence "I use to come up here to get away its my escape" he smiled "your escape?" I smiled "one of them I'm still working on another" he smiled looking at me "I heard about your accident from sav I can't imagine " he sighed "yeah it was hard but I learned you gotta live in the moment kind of thing you know" I smiled he stood up "so let's live in the moment then and jump in the pool?" He raised an eyebrow I smirked "let's do it!" I said getting up he grabbed my hand "on three?' I laughed "three!" I said as we jumped in when we resurfaced I giggled as he helped me out we quietly snuck inside grabbing towels going into my room I changed into a flannel and short shorts I walked out to a shirtless riker I blushed looking away "your PJs are dangerous" he said moving closer I laughed "does this feel right?" I said looking at my feet he picked up my chin looking at my lips "live in the moment" he whispered as his lips touched mine I smiled as our kiss deepened he push me up against wall I bit my lip as he lift me up my legs around his waist I smiled as he locked the door and smiled as he walked towards the bed laying me down undoing my flannel and he began kissing my neck leaving marks I moaned on his lips as he slid everything off me and him and began kissing me again and I pulled his hair smiling as we had our escape.
