Adjoined with the study, in the library you find a newspaper snippet and a piece of ripped parchment paper. Yet the parchment paper is not the cause of your heart dropping so suddenly. On the newspaper snippet, you find news regarding Arthur Atkinson's suicide. On October 10, 1852, Mr. Atkinson departed abruptly from the manor on a stormy night and did not return ever since then. The next day he was found dead underneath the foot of an 7 feet cliff with his carriage turned over missing a wheel.
