It had been a hour Since he had last texted her but it felt like forever to him. 'Maybe I could go over to her house.' He thought.

Kaito's pov
Might had well just ask her if I could go over! Kaito exclaimed to his poor dog, but the thought of kokichi pop into his head. 'I could just hang out in her room.'

Maki🍒: what about my little brother I thought u didn't like him

Maki🍒: ok I have to ask my parents

Kaito🪐👩‍🚀: ok I'll come over at 6:00

The time was 4:56 so that gave 1 hour and 4 minutes to get ready. Kaito wanted to look good after all he was going to confess to the beautiful girl.

He knew he would have to make the confession good because he felt like she was rejecting a new boy everyday. She was the prettiest girl in their town.

Kaito's Pov
"Maybe I could bring her flowers or chocolate OR MAYBE BOTH." Kaito yell at his dog. It was like he was waiting for the dog to respond, but all the dog did was get comfy on Kaito's bed.

She knew that Kaito was going to ask her out.
Her heart fluttered but not in a good way. She had to reject him he was to soft of a guy for her. It would hurt to because they had been friends since they were in the 2 grade. It wouldn't just hurt her but mostly him.

Maki's pov
"Hey kokichi! I'm going to have kaito over so when he gets here open the door for him okay"

"Why do I have to open the door he's your boyfriend." Kokichi teasingly yelled

"Number one he is not my boyfriend and number two your younger so you have to do what I say."

" okay okay Jesus" kokichi mumbled under his breath.
