You stared down at Dark Markery. Part of you wanted to help him, part of you wanted to finish the job and kill him.

But you did neither of those. You just stood there and stared, and Dark Markery did the same.
"Wow," he exclaimed, then slightly chuckled. "I can't believe you.. actually defeated me." He looked up at Purple Marker, who looked like he was on the verge of tears. "I've always said that I couldn't be defeated, isn't that right, Marker?"
Purple Marker was slightly crying now. "L- Lilac, I- I—" He turned away quickly, but you could see him trying to wipe his tears.
Dark Markery stood up, ink dripping on the floor. He winced in pain, holding one hand up to his head, and using the other to inspect his own blood. "Oh well, I can't do anything except to accept my defeat." He smiled. "You did good, Y/N. You did good." There was a blinding purple-and-white light, and then..
He was gone.
After blinking in surprise, trying to regain your vision, you turned to Purple Marker, who's cage bars disappeared and was walking toward you with a sad smile on his face.
He hugged you. You accepted the hug and hugged him back. "Good job," he said, wiping away his remaining tears. "You did it. Dark Markery has been defeated. Here," Purple Marker pulls out a badge from somewhere (you didn't question anything about it; this is Find the Markers we're talking about), "take this badge as a reward."
He held out the badge to you. It was colored a dark purple hue, with even darker purple undertones, and it felt somewhat warm when you touched it. You smiled, feeling overly proud of yourself. And you should be. All those hours — they weren't for nothing.
"Goodbye now!" Purple Marker continued. You noticed that the same blinding light that made Dark Markery disappeared, was now engulfing you and Marker as well. "I'll see you back at Spawn!"
And with that, your adventure was over.
