This is just some random stuff to fix up some things in the story
Callum:
After losing his family and being involved with so many nobles, I think Callum would become more apathetic and less caring for those close to him, putting on a mask to please his kingdom with a face of care and purity, while he really is cruel and dark.
Aaravos:
I just think that they would be more mentally damaged after a couple of centuries in a mirror and then suddenly a random person appears to be watching it. They wouldn't know how long the person was there and would be confused, seeing as though they lacked proper communication for the last 300 years, give or take.
With its 5000-year lifespan, you would guess that this would be nothing for them, but just think that you are stuck in a place with no way out, alone for 300 years! You would go insane, or in their case lose their intimidation and be more like a confused child at first.
I also just like to think they use they/it pronouns, and don't really care which you use because they get referred to either quite often. I also think that in this when Viren finds Aaravos, they try to copy Callum's apathy and manipulation, and it works. That's how we get the elf person we now know and love.
So basically, Aaravos is mentally damaged, Callum is a really bad guy now, and who knows what's going to happen to the elves after their interrogation.
