In the lookout, everyone just had lunch. Joshie was late for lunch, so he decided to make something for himself. Chase then walked in and noticed Joshie making lunch.
Chase: did you forget to eat lunch Joshie?
Joshie: yeah, sorry about that
Chase: it's ok Joshie. What are you making?
Joshie: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Chase: mmmmm that sounds yummy
Joshie: *giggled* it's my favorite sandwich
Chase: oh Joshie? When you're done with lunch, wanna play with us? It's nice outside
Joshie: sure, I can do that
Chase: cool. Well I'm gonna........................
Ryder: yes. I know he means well but...........
Chase overheard Ryder talking with someone on his pup pad. Chase carefully listened.
Ryder: *sighs* I understand. Alright I leave him the woods then. Ok bye
Chase: *gasps* d..does Ryder want to abandon me?
Joshie: wait? What? Chase, he would never do that
Chase: b..but? You know what? You're right. I'm just looking to deep into it
Joshie: yeah and he's your owner. I'm pretty sure he would never ever do that to you guys
Ryder: hey Chase. I'm going to do something real quick and then I'll come and get you ok?
Chase: w..why? What's going on sir?
Ryder: *sighs* I can't tell you yet. Just wait for me bud
Ryder left as Chase felt like running away. He thought Ryder was going to abandon him.
Chase: he wants to get rid of me *tears up* b..but what d..did I do
Joshie: you didn't do anything wrong Chase. You're awesome
Chase: *sniffs* i..I hope that i..isn't the case
Skye: hey Chase? Wanna play with us?
Marshall: yeah pal
Chase: n..no thanks guys. I..I'm just gonna go i..in my pup house
Chase left with his head down. They were confused about what was happening to him.
Skye: Joshie? Is Chase alright?
Joshie: he overheard Ryder talking about abandoning something. But, I doubt it it's Chase. Ryder would never do such a thing
Marshall: oh. Let's hope that isn't true right?
Joshie: totally not true
Skye: I think I'm going to go talk with him
Marshall: ok. I'm going to go back to playing. Oh Joshie come play with us buddy
Joshie: ok. Let me finish my sandwich and then I can play
Skye went over to Chases pup house and knocked on it. Chase told her to come in and she went inside. She sat right next to him.
Chase: i.i don't want to be abandoned a..again *tears up*
Skye: Chase, your not going to get abandoned
Chase: b..but what if Ryder does want to get rid of me?
Skye: he would never. Were his pups Chase and we stick together, you'll see
Chase: y..you sure
Skye: of course I do. Come on, let's go play with the others
Chase: playing always keeps my mind off things
Skye: yeah there ya go
Chase started blushing a little bit. Everyone was playing as Chase and Skye came out to play aswell. So did Joshie, but he had jelly all over his shirt.
Zuma: dude? Joshie? Your shirt has jelly on it
Joshie: I accidentally flipped the plate over and got jelly all over me
Everyone laughed.
Chase: ok. Let's play
Ryder: hey pups. I'm here to get Chase
Chase: *gulps* y...you do?
Ryder: yeah. Whats wrong Chase?
Chase: i..it's just. I....I just *tears up* y...y...you might..........
Ryder: might what?
Chase: abandon me *sobs*
Ryder: oh no no Chase I didn't mean you. I meant this little squirrel, he's too wild to stay here. Sorry Rocky and Joshie
Rocky and Joshie: awwwwww
Chase: so you didn't mean me?
Ryder: of course I didn't mean you. Your one of my Pups and I would never do such a thing
Joshie: see Ryder would never do that to you Chase. And if we did have to, I'd say no because you're the best pup ever Chase
Marshall: yeah bud. And we would miss you dearly
Chase: thank you guys. Love you guys so much
Ryder: love ya too Chase
Joshie: yeah wholesomness
The Squirrel then came out of nowhere and started attacking Joshie.
Joshie: AHHHHHH!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!?? THE SQUIRREL HAS GOT ME!!!!!!
Rocky: oh no! JOSHIE!!!!!
Chase: umm we should we get that. DON'T WORRY JOSHIE ILL GET THE SQUIRREL OF YOU BUD!!!!
Skye: it's great to know Chase isn't going to be abandoned
Marshall: definitely
