Hawks and Endeavor had a mission. They weren't going to fight in the war.
Their mission is to use Izuku Midoriya at all costs to defeat All For One.

What they all did not know is that someone is pointing its gun to All Might.

“ All For One wants you so that means you have something that he needs. He will never have you ” All Might said still running away from everyone
“ I'm tired All Might and because you're being a bitch right now. We are going to play a game and you're going to be the seeker and you already know what to do ” Izuku said then tap his hair and banished from All Might hands.
Gigantomachia saw Midoriya banished and he was mad.
He attack every hero comes in his way. He needs to find him. He needs to make sure his safe and away from everyone.
Aizawa and Nighteye knew that Izuku will either be in his home or the orphanage. They look at each other both have the look of we know where he is.
All Might and Endeavor are verbally attacking each other while eliminating other villains whose attacking them.
Hawks is flying away who doesn't even care about the war.
‘ I need to be away from everyone. This will be the key for my freedom ’ Hawks thought then smile
