i just got back from dance practice. It was 22.30 so i decided to go shower. I finally felt relaxed after hours of tiring myself out. I realized we ran out of shampoo, there is 4 people in the dorm so i didn't expect much. I made a mental note to buy some more tomorrow.

The song in the backround was playing softly and it reminded me of my family and friends back in Boston. I especially miss my friend group right now. It consisted of triplets Nick, Matt and Chris; Alahna; Madi; Mikayla; Matt N.; Jeongin and Seungmin. I'm not allowed to go on my phone most of the time so i wonder if they called or tried to contact me.

I've had a crush on Nick for a long time, but I'm pretty sure I don't have a chance. For all I know he isn't gay (the story takes place before nick came out), I haven't came out to anyone either and I don't want to ruin our friendship.

I got out of the shower and put on some short pyjamas, since it was summer and 37°C at night. I left my hair to air dry and put on some cleanser, toner, antioxidant serum, eye cream, spot treatment, moisturizer and sun screen.

I went to the bedroom and greeted my roommates. I shared a dorm with felix, who luckily speaks english; Gunil and Jongho. We talked about whatever we could. A few minutes later, someone knocked on our door. It was a JYPE staff, they came here to return our phones.

I responded to all my messages and spoke to my dad. I went on instagram and commented on my friends post. We had a free day tomorrow, so it didn"t matter how late we slept. But I was extremely tired from today so I went to bed.

I was woken up at 1.45am to my phone vibrating and felix lightly shaking my body to wake me up. He was smiling from ear to ear and talking me to look at my phone. I picked up my phone and noticed it was a message from a fellow trainee, his name was BangChan and he was from Australia just like Felix. He was a trainee for a very long time and I looked up to him a lot.

Hey kid! I know it's REALLY early and I'm really sorry if I woke you up. But I had a meeting with JYP and I came to a desicion to include you in our future group. Let's meet today at 9 in the café to meet each other and have some discussions.

I closed my phone and slowly drifted off to sleep, I smiled to myself and reminded myself to text my friends and dad about this.

It was currently 7am, me and Felix were getting ready to go meet our potential new group. I was brushing my teeth while Felix was excitedly blabbering about meeting everyone and getting to know them. I just smiled fondly and nodded to whatever assumption he had. I put on some ripped jeans and a t-shirt that had my schools name printed on it.

The café was close to our dorm so we had enough time to get ready. While Felix was picking his outfit, I texted my dad the news. He spammed me with multile texts congratulating me, telling me he was proud of me and sending me gifs of cats throwing confetti and jumping around.

I talked some more and was about to text my friends, but Felix cut me off and dragged me to the café, I'll just brag about it later.

We got there and I noticed BangChan and two other guys, Chan was waving at me and I waved back. I got closer to the table and recognized the other two guys. They were my friends Seungmin and Jeongin!!!! They were extremely happy to see each other and then they saw and recognized me. Jeongin ran up to me and Seungmin followed. "I didn't know you guys were trainees here!" I said, honestly not expecting to see them. "Same for you, holy shit I missed you man" Jeongin smiled and hugged me and I hugged back. Seungmin ruffled our hair and dragged us to the table.

Sooner or later, all of my future members came together and introduced themselves. I've seen most of them around the building but it was nice to get to know them. They were really nice.

Turns out, we're doing a survival show, which we're all pretty sure is just for popularity. We have some time to decide the name of our group. We're moving to a dorm together a day after debut, which means we'll still live in our current dorms.

My members are really nice and I can't wait to be able to work with them. After talking about our future and work, we decided to talk more about ourselves. It turns out I'm the youngest and they were shocked about my age, which really doesn't surprise me. We exchanged phone numbers and left.

At the dorm, I changed into comfier clothes and went to text my friends, but Seungmin beat me to it. They all congratulated us. I got 2 notifications, one of them was from a number, which I assume was from one of the trainees I met and the other one was from a formed groupchat.
