Ivy POV:

I slowly wake up feeling a bit tired because of last night's party. I didn't drink or anything,well ofcourse, but we did end up staying up till late in the morning so i didn't get much sleep after all the guests left. When I opened my phone,I did get what I was expecting and that was the f1 media going crazy over the fact that Max is the father of my child.

I didn't get angry whatsoever cause I knew it had to happen someday. I was worried about when the F1 summer break ends as cameras in the paddock would fly all over me. What also made me feel not so great was how would Max's team react to this especially Christian Horner and Helmut Marko as I knew those people weren't the best of human beings.

I get out of bed and get quickly changed as I greeted Mabel and went out the door to Max's apartment.

"Woah what brought you so early here?"- He asked in confusion after opening the front door

"You saw the news articles,right?"- I then asked him

"Yes. And I got numerous calls from Christian and Helmut and they said they wanted to talk to me. I have no idea what are they going to say I'm just hoping they don't get me fired at the end"- He spoke definetly not feeling at ease as he did get a bit worried

"I doubt they will do that. You are an amazing driver come on. It's just stupid and childish if they fire you for that reason. Plus I will never forgive myself if they ever do that"-I said to him cause I knew it was my fault he is in this situation

"It's not your fault stop blaming yourself all the time,Ivy"

Then Max had to leave to go speak to them,as I only hoped for the best.

After about 2 hours I heard a knock on the door and it revealed Max's face,and he didn't look sad at all

"Soo how did it go?"- I asked in an enthusiastic tone

"It's a long story. They actually ended up being happy for me,but did get mad that i didn't told them earlier. However the good thing is Christian told me that they do not care about drivers personal lives such as relationships and all that,as long it doesn't involve racing"- He then explained the situation as I felt like i finally got that heavy feeling out of me

"Oh thankfully that happened. I actually wasn't expecting that good of a reaction"- i admitted to Max

"Well,now that this is clear,I have a post birthday surprise for you. I didn't tell you yesterday because now your birthday has actually passed"- Max said feeling excited about telling me the surprise
