I would like to thank Britt Richards for picking me to read book two in her installment, called, Football Season. Her book made reading fun for me once again. Her book is also kind of the inspiration for this short story, that I one day hope might become a book.
The football player that inspired Gabriel is , Deshawn Watson. (Watson had over 30 sexual misconduct cases against him).
I also knew that I wanted Gabriel to have a rougher story than the traditional plots.
