It's February 8, meaning it's Giyu's 25th birthday! Sanemi woke up at 6:00am to bake his love a cake. Vanilla batter and butter-cream frosting. Sanemi goes to get Giyu's candles from the pantry. A 2 and a 5, Sanemi slowly puts on the candles in the order 2, 5. Sanemi went to his room and ran to his closet. He should be wear!
Should the Shinazugawa's wear a suit? Or maybe it's too fancy. Maybe a v-neck and some dress pants! Nevermind.. maybe a sweater and some baggy jeans? Sure, Giyu usually wear things like this.
Sanemi bolted right to the jewelry store to get the ring he reserved for Giyu. He wanted to propose to Giyu. The ring was silver with a big diamond gem in the middle. Later Sanemi went to get Giyu some flowers, they were roses. Oh, and Sanemi got seats for 2 at 12:00 for lunch.
Once sanemi was done getting Giyuu all the gifts he headed home. He took a cute basket and put
everything in it. Sanemi wrote a cute note for Giyuu saying "I will love you forever, untill we die." He wanted Giyu to have everything he wanted. As Sanemi puts the gifts up somewhere high. The brings the cake to Giyu with a happy expression. "Hello my love! Happy birthday.. I baked you a cake." "Good morning Sanemi, thank you so much!" "Of course darling.. go get ready and come down when you're done!" "Okay.. love you!" "love you too..".

Giyu's pov
I woke up to Sanemi giving me a cake, I love this Shinazugawa so much. He told me to get ready and come down later. I feel dizzy.. I don't know why. I went to brush my teeth and change. I changed into a sweater with with nice dress pants. I went to to see Sanemi sitting on our couch with a basket full of things. I sit down next to me! "Hi my love! This is for you!" "Thank you Sanemi." As I unbox the gift, there were flowers and a note that's says "I will love you forever, until we die." He says that's there are more things wait for me, I grab him in for a hug. Something happened that I was not expecting, he bent down on one knee and held out a box, he opened the box and it showed a ring, It followed with the words..
"Will you marry me?"

Sanemi's  pov:
"Will you marry me?" I asked, as he covered he mouth, he started coughing, It started off like a few normal coughs. Until he started coughing blood. I move over to him trying to calm him down while calling the ambulance. I ran to grab Giyuu towels, once I reached him I handed him the towels, it has gotten worse. The ambulance has came and picked us up, I didn't know what I was gonna to do without Giyu.. I held his hand up to my face as I cried. I prayed to god for him to be okay. Wiping my tears with my other hand, I noticed that Tomioka fainted. When we reached to hospital, they took him to the emergency room. I wait and waited as other people walked past me and looked at me crying. What will happen to him? After a while, the doctor came out and said, "Would you like the say.. goodbye?", this couldn't be happening! I ran straight in there to see Tomioka.

Third pov:
Sanemi ran straight to Giyu's room, tears in his eyes as he looked over Giyu. Sanemi places his hand on Giyu's chest. Heart brag and pulse low. Sadness must of snapped out of Sanemi.
"Giyu.."
"Giyu! You can't just leave me like this!"
...
"I thought we were gonna get married, please answer! We're you going to say "yes" when I proposed?!"
...
"Why did it have to happen when I proposed!!! Don't leave me!! Your the only person I have left!!"
..
"if we die, will you promise me that we will get married in another life?!"
...
"Just Don't die! I'm sorry for being a heartless jerk! Please, I want to apologize for everything I did before we got a relationship.."
As Giyu's heartbeat and pulse slowly fades away, Giyu gripped on Sanemi's hand tighter. Words come out of Giyu's mouth..
"I promise."
"Giyu!! I promise I'll be nice in my next life , I'll ask each and other person if they like your favorite food to find you!! I'll miss you."
....
"Giyu..? "
...
"GIYU!!"
"Sir, your time is up."
Sanemi left the room and ran straight to "their" house, while tears fall down his eyes.
Sitting outside on the porch, with Tomioka's hoari and a picture of Sanemi and Giyu in his hands. Drops of tears land on the items.
