Breakfast bacon cheese eggs with a whole kiwi sliced up there's no measurements for your bacon egg and cheese you can eat as much as you want even the kiwi until you're properly filled.
For your lunch a salad tuna eggs cheese lettuce raisins sunflower seeds chopped bacon mushroom cauliflower broccoli and carrots.
And for a quick dessert sour cream lemon oranges whip it good add reddi whipped cream and blended nuts and if you desire you can add strawberries and bananas
Or you could have a cool treat
Mixed green tea honey kiwi lemon grapefruit blueberries and blended with ice and enjoyAnd for dinner one cup of white rice 1 cup of green beans one or two sides of fresh salmon squares with lemon, the size of a toast bread. But please do not add bread you could bake or broil or even grilled with green peppers and mushrooms.
