Warriors: Ｗ Ａ Ｓ Ｔ Ｅ Ｌ Ａ Ｎ Ｄ (Book 4)

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 (𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔)

As the gray clouds appeared, it was time. White'star gave Emerald'gaze 4 days, and today as the day that they would arrive. Oleander'paw's heart started to beat, he and the others had been looking for him all night. Luckily, he was found safe in the forest being comforted by Ferret'hop. But there was fear spreading around the clan, they disliked him due to hurting 3 cats of the clan, and the fact that an event was going to happen. A spirit was coming to wreak havoc through the territory. Oriole'star and Bat'ears were already at the Overworlds, everyone begins to prepare their powers since the deputy Tiger'call was in charge. The kits, and the Star-givers (Queens) had to go to somewhere else far so they would avoid the dangers.

Emerald'gaze and Ferret'hop came up to Hail'cloud, Quiet'growl, and the siblings including Dusk'paw and Silver'fox. Emerald'gaze dipped his head down in shame, not wanting to look them in the eyes. "Sorry." He said, Hail'cloud sighed, she was still in belief of who Emerald'gaze is. "Look." She spoke. "You don't have to say sorry, but you could've at least told us sooner." She said, Emerald'gaze pinned his ears down. "I didn't want to tell you all so you wouldn't hate me or be scared of me." He explained, Hail'cloud look at the sun getting covered from the clouds. "You're going to have to come to the singing cave for the ritual." She said, Ferret'hop replied. "What about the last 2 soul shards?"

"As I said, I trust Quiet'growl and the siblings to work out together and get the last 2 soul shards." Emerald'gaze explained. "Me and Silver'fox will go to safety." Doe'step spoke. Quiet'growl gave a stare at everyone, she clearly didn't want to go find those soul shards and relive the memories again. They all walked to the great tree where everyone was about to head to the singing cave for the ritual. Quiet'growl and the siblings stayed until the great tree was empty. She looked at the dark clouds and the sun disappearing. Oleander'paw and Dusk'paw sat beside her. The siblings felt the same way, something bad was clearly going to happen.

As the last of the cats went onto the singing cave, so did they. Bat'ears came back and leaded them to the 𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙢. Where is separates two realms, the realm of good memories and the realm of bad memories. It's mainly called the 'Dream realm' since most cats would sleep and dream about those two realms and having messages about the ghosts. There are also two soul shards, one of them is mainly the strongest one, containing a guardian. Bat'ears leaded them to the same way that Oleander'paw and Dusk'paw went. The huge tree and star would also have Seishin in the background with eyes, which was weird since it didn't appear before. 

"I feel like we had come into this cave before, but everything looks changed, even the cave painting." Dusk'paw replied, Bat'ears turned around at the cats. "Usually, the eyes would appear since we'll be using the dream realm, you'll be in deep sleep, but you'll wake up like nothing happened. There will be two soul shards and you'll have to find; one is difficult to find since you'll be going through one of your fears, and one is protected by a guardian. You'll need to be very careful, and don't fall for traps."

"How do we get into this 'Dream realm'?" One'paw asked, Bat'ears turned to the cave painting, she put her paw on it. "Put your paw on the cave painting." She demanded, they all put their paws on, they closed their eyes as they listened to Bat'ear's small singing chant in a different language before opening the Dream realm. The cave painting begins to glow, Seishin's eyes begin to open. It glowed as the dream realm opens. As Bat'ears said they wouldn't know that they're in a deep sleep. They see an orange void in front of them, the siblings went on, and then Dusk'paw. And finally, Quiet'growl dives in. They head into the dream realm as their journey to the last 2 soul shards start.

Meanwhile everyone got teleported at the Overworlds using their spiritual forms and using their spirit animals to go to the cave. Emerald'gaze looked at all the crystals all aound the cave, glowing. They had been preparing the ritual ever since he ran off. He felt extremely anxious, but he had his friend with him. He was also worried with the siblings and Quiet'growl, he hoped for them to be fine and get the 2 soul shards. Everyone sat in a huge circle surrounding the cave as Seishin sat down with Oriole'star and Bat'ears. Hail'cloud and Ferret'hop sat in the circle and Emerald'gaze stood in front of Seishin. 

"𝘐 𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘢𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺." Seishin explained. "𝘌𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘥'𝘨𝘢𝘻𝘦, 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥."

Emerald'gaze stepped forward, racing thoughts and come through his head, he hoped not to mess that up. He heard his mother's voice comforting him in his head, he seen his ghost parents sitting beside of Oriole'star and Bat'ears. 

"𝘈𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘯."

The painted flower on the ground begin to grow, Emerald'gaze floated up in the air. Everyone summoned their spirit animals as everyone's light streak hit the flower and everything begin to float and grow. Emerald'gaze reached to the top as a portal appeared, hearing Seishin's final words before getting pulled into a mysterious void.

"𝘼𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙨𝙚."

And then, Emerald'gaze went into the mysterious void leaving his friends to watch and hopefully he'll live to defeat White'star.
