As the night sky began to set, upon the small village that's in the south of the continent of Africa, known to the called Naucrolis, populated by 1,000 people, it used to be more, however, the populated dropped by 2,000 per day. Its people had used to pray to and have been adored by a goddess named Aphrodite, the goddess of Love, Desire and Beauty. That all changed, when the goddess abandoned the town. Naucrolis used to be a glamorous city, full of wealth and fortune. Now it's all torn apart and in the slums. kids and adults living in the streets, if not are poor in their pockets and in their homes. what's worst is that the terrible gangs are now hanging around the town, as the town fell to misfortune. Even what even worse of the worst is that most of the people are still clinging to the older days, that the small city used to be.

Quickly a hooded figure, who looks to be a child snatched a loaf of bread from a food stand. the person noticed and yelled out the words "Hey you come back, you need to pay for that!"

the figure turned back clutching the food in her arms, but she continued to run away as fast as she can.

the figure was a short young girl around eight years of age. She had ashen white hair, with strands of periwinkle blue mixed in. Her eyes were of a deep green colour. She has fair skin with freckles on her face. However, she soon heard footsteps behind her, grasping ahold of the bread with one of her hands tucking it under her arm, as she cried out "Just let it be?!"

The girl cried running through the cities roads, cutting her direction within open wide alleyways that aren't closed off, hoping to lose the people chasing her. As she ran her hood came off her head revealing to the people who have been chasing her, her ashen-white periwinkle hair.

"Thief!"

The few people who were chasing her called out to the girl.

"you have to come back and pay for that!"

the remaining yelled after her with their kind hearts.

The girl cried harder, unknowingly as her core glowed blue around her. For a hot second. Before picking up speed running harder against the cobblestone streets. However, people that were chasing her and were calling her a thief, ended up losing her eventually.

She didn't dare turn around her. In case, of someone that was still following her, to retrieve the bread she stole. She knew it was wrong and it was a sin. But on the other hand, she was hungry. The young girl reached her street, the abandoned orphanage was on. Its structure was the same, burnt to a crisp and nearly all down. The remaining structure was the sturdy walls but those were burned.

Charred black. white ash was in the yard. The only comfort, the young girl felt was the shed she hid in when the large mansion was on flames. She was the only survivor. Ironically the shed never caught on fire, despite it being nearest to the building.

Her eyes lit up and she raced forward, she was almost to her temporal home. However, the girl never got to it, when she suddenly heard someone falling from the sky. Her eyes stretched out wide. She was forced to look up. Once she did she noticed a male falling toward the ground. She let out a piercing scream that let straight to the heavens.

"What the-" escaped her lips.

As she dodged out of the way. Just in time too, before he collided in front of her. She even protected her loof of bread as she dodged. sure it had dents in it from clutching on it tightly. Her eyes went wide, staring at the man the fell from the sky.

Soon enough the wind began to pick up. Her ashen white-periwinkle hair moved against her face gently. Silence pierced the air, as she stared at the man lying before her.

He had pale skin, blue hair and he felt familiar to her. He wore a pink long-sleeved shirt, with a ribbon-like tie that is tied firmly in a bow under the collar of his shirt. He wore high-waisted white boot-cut pants. and a pair of what it looks like to be brown dress shoes.

That's all she saw, from where she stood.

Let alone, reminding herself that she never met him. She indeed felt a somewhat of a connection toward this stranger that fell from the sky. From every passing moment, she watched this man, it looks like he didn't seem to be moving.

She blinked, twice, in realization. Gasping. She ended up dropping the bread to the street like she didn't care, as she carefully approached him. However, before she could get an inch close to him, to see if he was alright.

Something caught her eye. which her eye averted to. The sun was reflecting off a small blue jewel-like earring that was lying next to him. "what's that?" she tilted her head. Picking it up. Holding it in her palm. Studying it carefully. it almost looks like the aquamarine gem.

The girl soon jumped in shock, hearing the man, beside her groan. He opened his eyes slowly "where am I?" he asked in a girly voice.

"uh... uh... uh..."

Froze the young girl, clutching the Pisces cloth in the palm of her fist. However, at first, didn't recognize in the moment. The man turned in her direction, noticing her. "excuse me, do you have any idea where am I?" he asked

The girl didn't speak at first, she was too petrified with shock. The man looked at her with clear blue eyes, he had lipgloss on his lips and a beauty mole near his left eye. He waited for her to reply, but she didn't.

"I-"

He let out a quick sighed, before sitting up to face her.

"I won't bite..." he started "what's your name, little girl?"

The girl gulped nervously standing there while facing him. Tears started to roll down her freckled face. He smiled moving closer to her on his knees. "it will be alright. how about this? I'll start, I'm Pisces Aphrodite" he introduced himself as he put his arms around her, calming her down, as he moved her close to him.

Pisces... Aphrodite... where on earth? did I hear that from again?...
