June Hargreeves is no ordinary girl. Born on that faithful day in October 1989, she possesses superhuman speed and the ability to time travel. Adopted by the eccentric billionaire and adventurer Sir Reginald Hargreeves, she and her siblings, all endowed with their own unique abilities, are rigorously trained to become superheroes. They form the inaugural class of the Sparrow Academy, New York's premier crime fighting force.
Five Hargreeves has had enough of apocalyptic events. When he and his family land in the new timeline, he's eager to move on with his life. However, their time traveling escapade unleashes the Kugelblitz, a time paradox threatening to erase everything from the universe. To save the world, Five must seek answers from the Commission. But with his jumps only accurate up to a few seconds, he'll require assistance from a certain speedster.
June never expected to be approached by a member of the Umbrella Academy, seeking her help. She initially refuses Five, but when he makes a threat can't ignore, she reluctantly agrees to team up with him.
Now, June must be faster than ever to stop the world from ending—for the third time, apparently.
