𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠...

Dallas, Texas

1963

"Everyone ready?" Five asked out loud. Looking around to make sure everyone was out of the house. In his hands, our one-way ticket back home. We all gathered in a big circle next to Five. "Let's do it, yeah." Luther exhaled as Five nodded his head.

I held onto Klaus and Vanya's hands, preparing for Five to open the briefcase.

"Wait!" Klaus widened his eyes and furrowed his eyebrows. We all looked at him in confusion. "What the hell, Klaus?" I sighed in exasperation. I just wanted to go home and sleep forever. I'm done with apocalypses.

Klaus ran towards the house and grabbed a hat from the flowers in front of Sissy's house. He put it on and ran back. "You're so cute, Klaus," I told him with a big smile as he grabbed my hand again smiling back at me.

We all bunched up together and closed our eyes tightly. I hear the briefcase click, charging up to get us home.

Goodbye, Dallas.

The briefcase finally took us all in.

It went dark for a moment.

The six siblings all gasped when they got back to 2019. They looked around to find themselves back home once again. They happily sighed as they looked around. Everyone but one.

"Oh, good God." Luther groaned in discomfort and held his head in his hands, awaiting an incoming headache. "Wha- What day is it?" He whined some more. Five saw the newspaper on the table and grabbed it, looking at the date.

"April 2nd, 2019. Day after the apocalypse."

"Wait, so we stopped it?" Allison questioned. "My God, it's over?" Vanya asked as well. She was also out of breath and holding onto the table. Klaus looked shocked, "Wait, did we actually succeed at something? That's incredible!" He jokingly screamed out loud.

Everyone laughed. "Wait a minute, where's (Y/N)? She was just here." Klaus looked around the room. Everyone stopped laughing. "Jesus (Y/N)." Five sighed as he started to look around for her, beginning in the living room. His siblings soon followed.

Diego was the first one to notice something was wrong. His eyes opened widely as his mouth hung slightly open. "Why is there a painting of Ben and (Y/N) over the mantelpiece?" Everyone turned their bodies to see for themselves.

At that time, they didn't notice their father getting up from his seat and making his way slowly toward them. "I knew you'd show up eventually."

They all turned their heads toward their father, shocked.

"Dad," Diego was the first one to break the silence.

"You're alive," Luther said softly.

Reginald faced Luther. "Why shouldn't I be?" He held his hands together.

"Y-Yeah, you're right. I'm just happy.. that we're home and... together again." Luther was in shock for words.

"Home? This isn't your home." Reginald told them sternly. Not even giving them get a moment to process everything. Allison scoffed and stared confusingly, "What are you talking about? This is the Umbrella Academy."

Reginald retorted quickly, "Wrong again. This is the Sparrow Academy."

The Umbrella Academy glanced at each other, a little disoriented. As soon as their father said that, they heard footsteps coming. The Umbrella Academy slowly turned around. Diego pulled out his knife without a second thought.

"Dad, who the hell are these assholes?"
