As the woman in front of me continues to talk, I can't help but look at her in complete awe. (Y/n) (L/n). A love struck sigh escapes my lips.

She has to be the most beautiful women I have ever seen.

(Y/n)'s beauty is nothing to joke about. Her skin is so luminously radiant that the moon shy's away in embarrassment whenever compared to her. Her (h/l), (h/c) hair. So long and luscious that birds would fall silent just to see it flow in the wind. Her lips, so full and plump that she could cause roses to look down in shame and her eyes, so bright and vibrant that she could cause spring in the middle of winter.

Originally, when she first came to meet me, she always kept her veil over her face. But, when one of my many concubines tore it off and showed the true beauty beneath it, I insisted for her not to wear it to which, she very hesitantly agreed. I chuckle as I remember the incident.

She must have turned as red as a tomato when I called her beautiful. What I wouldn't give to have her in my arms...

As the woman finishes her statement with a question, I look up at her, a smile on my face. "Huh? What was that, love?" As I say this, (Y/n) frowns as she anxiously fiddles with her hands.

She looks so pretty when she's nervous.

"Great Phararoh. That's the second time I had to repeat what I just said. Didn't you at least hear one thing I said?"

I try to play it off. "O-Of course I did. You were talking about, the Sun, right?" She gives me a long sigh before turning to face me. "I was talking about the impending war that is to come to Egypt."

My eyes widen as (Y/n) says this. "What? Why didn't you mention this sooner?"

"You're kidding, right? As soon as I got here, that's the first thing I told you!" She pouts before turning to the side.

"I can't believe your didn't hear me so, I will explain it again but very briefly. There is going to be a war and you and the Babylonian powers will have to cooperate with each other. It's the only way you two will stand a chance."

I as the woman says this. "But, I can't stand the king of Babylon. He absolutely gets on my nerves. I hate his guts!"

(Y/n) stands from her chair. "Well, you either have to learn to get along with him or, die. My choice is obviously the latter." As (Y/n) walks over to the door, I abruptly stand from my chair.

"Wait a minute! Where are you going!?" She turns to face me. "Where do you think? I'm going to rest up for my big journey tomorrow. You didn't think I'd stay here the entirety of the time and not warn King Babylon himself, did you?"

I nervously rub the back of my neck. "Well..." (Y/n) frowns. "Please just prepare for the war. When I go to meet the King of Babylon, I will arrange a meeting between you two so you can speak to each other and discuss how this is going to go down. Other than that, that's all I will be doing for you."

(Y/n) gives me a friendly wave. "Goodby-"

Wait!" She turns to face me again once more. "So, you're seriously not going to stay?"

"No. I have business to attend to, dear Pharaoh of this land."

"It's Rameses."

"And, you're kind of preventing me from doing it." As the woman timidly says this, I sigh before walking over to the door behind (Y/n) and closing it, pinning her against it. "Who said you get to go without saying goodbye?"

As I lean in towards the woman, she averts her eyes. "I must be going no-"

"Nah. Ah. Ah." I grab (Y/n) by the chin before tilting it upwards. "Nobody's going anywhere until I say so."
