Raya
The past week has been amazing seeing his home and people and forget my stress about home. I watched him pack a bag.
Me: why hiking?
Siya: well iv showed you everything about my home town but you haven't seen the best part yet.
Me: and that the forest?
I looked at him confused.
Siya: Yes.
He turned to look at me and smiled. Siya is a goofy nerd and he is cute in a way when he does these random things but am not a fan of hiking. Just than his parent got in the kitchen as he was packing food into the bag that had a blanket in it too.
Queen: where you guys heading.
King: let me guess. The forest?

Siya
Iv been keeping it in for too long now and I think its time I show her who I am and what am capable off.
Me: Yep
Raya: Why? Am not a fan of nature.
Me: I know but I am and we exploring
Raya: Am useless in hiking
Me: Its not really a hike babe
Raya: Than?
I looked at her and I saw that she really wasn't a fan of hiking. Or going to the forest.
Me: I promise we wont stay long okay.
She nodded. I knew I couldnt show her my powers here . We needed the forest and needed the privacy. I was nervous about this.
Mom: Are you sure you want to do this? Mom whispered to me and I nodded.
Dad: What if she changes her mind. We going to cape Town next week. Can't you share your secret than?
Me: She not going to leave me.
I walked closer to her sitting by the counter.
Raya: Its drizzling outside
Me: Its not drizzling where we going.
Raya: Are you going to do the teleporting thing or we will walk?
Me: which you prefer
Raya: teleporting
I laughed and gave her a hug.
Me: close your eyes than.
Raya: what happens if I have my eyes open?
Me: I love the surprise on your face when you open them after spinning now close them. She did and I pictured the lush forest of my home town and took us there

I open my eyes and looked around.
Me: you really took me to a forest
Siya: Its the only place where we could talk without interruptions.
I saw he was serious so I looked at him.
Me: What is it?
Siya: you never really asked me how I teleport.
Me: you dont have to tell me
Siya: Don't you want yo know?
Me: Me knowing doesnt change my love for you.

Siya
That took me back so I stood there looking at her.
Raya: You accepted me as I am and if teleporting is one of your things than who am I to argue
Me: That not all the powers I have.
Raya: You can do more?
I nodded now shy about it
Raya: What else
I click my fingers and my whole finger was on fire.

Raya
I stood there looking at his finger. I closes my eyes and open them.
Me: Your finger was on fire
Siya: Yes.
He than switched off and switched it back on and I looked at him.
Me: are you playing a trick on me?
Siya: No am not
Me: So what else you do

Now this is where I didn't think she will like so I moved back and I closed my eyes as I changed to a lion.

Raya
I stood there looking at the big black lion standing tall two times a normal size of a lion. I closed my eyes and looked at him and kept quiet. I just watched my husband change into a lion. As if that didn't stop i watched him change to the big five and when he was done he went back to his normal self and closed his eyes as big white wings spread out from his back like an angel and that made me look at him weird.
Me: What are you?
Siya: I was born different
Me: I see that but am not understanding how your body can take all these transformations and you still in one peace
Siya: My parents...
Me: wait!!! Your parents? Is your whole family some part of s supernatural being organisation?
Siya:Just my parents and I and my sister.
Me: Your baby sister?
Siya: Yes
Me: she turns into an animal too?
Siya: no she heals people like mom
Me: do you heal people?
Siya: No

Siya
I noticed she was standing a little far from me and had her hands wrapped around her. I explained to her about our tradition and line of man and told her about mama Jade and how the tattoos on my back were only visible to her and how that makes her my chosen one. In all of this she stood there looking at me and taking in everything that was being said.
Me: Are you scared of me?
She was silent for some time and looked at me with eyes glistening of tears.
Raya: Can I ask you something
Me: Sure
My heart was pounding so fast.
Raya: If am your chosen one. Does that mean I have some sort of a power that will unlock now that am with you?
That took me off
Me: No. mama Jade says you normal. No powers.
She nodded and looked at me for sometime and I stood there waiting for her to say something.
Raya: I love you
She whispered it and I looked at her with a smile as I walked towards her and crushed her with a big bear hug.
Me: I love you too....
