We see a lab in the middle of the forest with 2 people inside name Fukegao and Marugori

Fukegao: "Hyee hee hee hee hee!! At last I have completed the ultimate steroid biceps king! Little bro drink this for the strength that you desire!"

Marugori: "Big bro..."

He drinks it

Marugori: "Unh...?! Guaaaagh!"

We see veins appearing all over him body and him growing bigger at an supernatural speeds and starts breaking the ceiling

Fukegao: "No! The ceiling!!! The effect is amazing! Yes! Now our genius and strength combined... ...can conquer the world! But you're a little too big!!

We see him being taller than the mountains around him by a lot.

Fukegao: "The laboratory collapsed! Little bro! Help! I'm trapped under rubble!

Marugori then picks him up by his lab coat and places him on his shoulder.

Fukegao: "Yes! This is perfect!! I'm the brains and you're the brawn! We're combining the greatest mind and strongest body! We brothers will conquer the earth... ...and rule as kings.

Random male person: "W-What the...?!"

Marugori then slaps the wrong shoulder, killing his own older brother. 

He looks at his pam and sees blood all over his brothers science jacket and starts yelling, upset about his brother dying while Saitama plugs his ears.

Marugori: "Big Brooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! How did this happen?! I just wanted to be strong and I finally became the strongest man!"

Saitama: "How does it feel?"

Saitama starts grinning.

Marugori becomes mad and grabs him.

Marugori: "URRRGH...! I don't know who you are but it's your fault my brother died! Now your gonna pay!

Saitama: "Whoa..."

Marugori then throw him towards the surface of the earth creating a crater with Saitama being in the center of it, and steps on him and send barrages of punches at him.

Marugori: "Behold the power of the strongest brothers! Huff Huff Huff" I am the strongest man!!... So What?

Saitama: "tell me about it. It feels empty..."

Saitama then jumps and punches him in the head, causing a indent in his face and extending his neck more than it should, killing it.

Saitama: "Overwhelming strength... ...is boring. Oops"

Saitama then saw that the giant falling on city B so he quickly fled the scene to not get charged for the damages, but what he failed to notice was the fact of a person who was near the scene who quickly activated his eternal mangekyou sharingan and secretly wrapped bandages around his eyes while making sure no one sees his face and used Amaterasu on the giant who turned into nothing as Amaterasu is so powerful that not even ashes were left and quickly escaped the scene by teleporting home, while everyone started cheering for him.
