I woke up and saw that I was in a dark realm

At first, I was confused and wondered what happened and remembered that he died.

y/n: "oh yeah. I jumped off a building and died... or at least should have. Where am I?"

I looked around me and only saw black. I started walking around to see if there's anything.

y/n: "Hello! Anyone here! He-!"

Suddenly a portal appeared under me, and I fell through it and landed on my butt.

y/n: "ouch"

I looked to see what happened but saw that I was now in a white room with a table and two chairs and 1 cup a tea on the table and an old man sitting on one of the chair drinking holding a cup of tea.

???: "You are y/n l/n, correct?"

y/n: "Yes I am. How do you know my name?" suspiciously asking.

???: "Oh. Excuse me. I forgot to introduce myself. I am called many things, but I believe you humans call me God."

y/n: "G-g-god!!! How do I know you're not lying?"

God: "I have no reason to lie but if you do not believe me teleporting you in this room is enough reason to believe I am god."

y/n: "That's true. Wait a minute. That makes sense. I just died. So, what now. You going to sent me to Hell because I killed myself?"

God: "Oh no. I have seen your life and I want to apologize for making you go through all of that. I would like to give you something."

y/n: "There is no need. It's in the past. It's done. Nothing could change that fact."

God: "I'm surprised that you didn't accept it. Because of that I would now give you 3 wishes instead of 1 before transporting you into a new world."

y/n: "WHAT! A new world. What are you talking about?"

God: "Just like it sounds like. I'm going to send you to a different world. Or to be more precise, an anime world filled with monsters and heroes. One you are actually quite familiar."

y/n: "Okay. Whatever. It seems like you're not going to change your mind." And I don't really want to anger him.

God sweat drops

God: "You know I can hear your thoughts."

y/n: "WHAT. Well, that is expected. I mean you are God. Sorry. By the way, how's my mother."

God: "she is having a great time in heaven. We are actually planning on turn her into an angle because she is so kindhearted."

y/n: "Thank goodness. I'm happy for her. Thank you so much for taking care of my mother."

God: "No problem."

y/n: "Anyway, I should stop wasting your time and tell you, my wishes." Because there's monsters, I should use both my wishes for an overpowered ability. Should I have my limiter removed... Nah, I'll just removed it when I get there. Luckily, I'm supper weak and never worked out in my life so just doing Saitama's workout should remove it. So, let's see. Time to use all my anime knowledge to the test.

God: "Good choice. Now this is your last chance to change it are you sure? I'll also give you every chakra nature."

y/n: "Yes, I'm sure. Thank you."

God: "Ok well then I'm going to send you to the new world. Good luck on your journey and getting a harem!"

y/n: "Wait wh-!"

Then you blacked out.

God: "Oh shoot. I forgot to mention he is going to be reborn as a baby. Oh well."

He teleported away to do some god stuff and fill out paperwork.

I couldn't open my eyes, but I started to hear something, so I tried to listen more to hear what's going on.

Female voice: "Ahhhh!"

First male voice: "You got this honey. Your can do this."

Second male voice: "Keep pushing."

First male voice: "Honey, can you let go off my hand. You're crushing it. I think I hear a crack. I don't think hands are supposed to sound like that."

Female voice: "Ahhhhh! SHUT UP! Do you want to switch positions because I would love to! Ahhhhh!"

The first male paled and stopped talking.

Y/n: What the heck is going on. Don't tell me...am I inside a womb? What the heck, I feel my self being pushed out

Second male voice: "Keep going. I see the head. Your almost done"

Female voice: "Ahhhhhh!"

y/n: It's so bright. What's going on. And it's cold.

Second male voice: "Congratulation. It's a boy. Wait. Why is the baby not crying? But he looks perfectly healthy."

First male voice: "Doctor, is there something wrong with our baby?"

Female voice: "Is our son going to be okay."

They suddenly interrupted by an enouncement

EMERGENCY EVACUATION ALERT! There is an attack by the titans. THREAT LEVEL: DEMONIC!

While everyone is getting scared of what is happening, I look around and wonder why everything is so big until I look at a mirror across from the room and see that I'm a newborn baby. I see that I have the six eyes and it's shining brightly. I wanted to change my eyes to the sharingan, but I saw that everyone's attention is now shifted on me. They start panicking and the female picked me up and ran out the building with the others. i saw that we were in a village. We were getting close to the car but then a titan appeared and grabbed my parents. I was shocked at what was going on and didn't know what to do. I tried shooting Cursed Technique Reversal: Red but nothing happened. I was so confused. I then tried activating my eternal mangekyou sharingan and tried using Amaterasu, it didn't work and when I looked down to see my reflection on a puddle, I only had my six eyes on. I looked up to see my new parents telling me to go away while thinking that I don't understand them because I'm a newborn. I start crying hoping that someone will come and save me. I tried using Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue, Susanoo, Chidori, rasengan and other jutsus but none worked. I look at my new parents to see them getting eaten. Suddenly something inside me snaped suddenly an eternal mangekyou sharingan appeared on my palm (similarly to how Momoshikis has his rinnegans on his palm) and Isshiki's dojutsu appeared on my right eye. I then charged a rasengan using the information gathered from watching Naruto, and added Amaterasu in it and yelled

y/n: "Blaze Release: Rasengan"

The move goes right through the titan like hot knife through butter, leaving a gaping hole in the monster and it started to burn its entire body. I cried that my parents died for a few minutes until I heard more cries of help from the villagers and I rushed to save anyone but failed as I was too slow and saw people getting eaten by titans. I became enraged but then fell to the ground feeling exhausted, remembering that i was only a newborn baby. But i still stood up and killed the rest of the titans but before i killed their boss, I used Tsukuyomi on it and I interrogated it and i found out that they sensed great power and wanted it for them selves. After finding out his motive, I deactivated Tsukuyomi and burned him using Amaterasu. I realized that because i was here, everyone in this village was killed. I buried everyone in the village and teleported my self far away and isolated my self to not cause any trouble. 

I woke up and I heard a growl, so I looked around in confusion and I heard it again and I realized that it was my stomach. I then used creation of all things to made cloths and food for myself and began setting a plan to become stronger to defend my self because I'm now in a world with monsters.
