Debbie tries to calm herself after that conversation with the High and Mighty Lou Miller. Debbie is not afraid to get fired, despite the fact that she desperately needs this work. She will not allow anyone to treat them in such an inappropriate manner, especially the new girl Penelope.

"Hey Debbie, come here.." Mr. Randall, one of their supervisor, called her. She approaches him, thinking that Lou may have already informed him about what happened. "Is there anything I can do for you, Sir?" Debbie asked. "No, not me, but Mr. Rusty wants to talk to you. He and Mr. Linus are waiting for you in Ms. Daphne's office," he answered. He tapped her shoulder and then left her standing. "Guess I need to find another job now?" she muttered and went to Daphne's Office.

Rusty and Linus can't help but laugh while Lou is telling them what happened a while ago with one of their employees. "What's so funny about it?!" she asks. She is so annoyed with her two brothers.

"You know it's bad to yell at people, even if they are your employees," Daphne pointed out.

"But Daph, she dropped a very expensive salsa!" Lou answered.

"You're exaggerating, Lou; it's just a salsa, and you yelled at her as if she had murdered an innocent person," Linus stated.

"If you want others to respect you, then learn how to respect them. Debbie has already informed you that Penelope is a new employee. She's still coping up with her work.." Rusty butted in.

"Whether newly hired or not, they should not have made such a simple mistake," Lou replied. The four just shook their heads.

They stopped arguing when they heard a knock. "Come in.." Daphne said.

The door opened, and they saw Debbie smiling at them. Debbie walked into the room, still beaming at them. She still did not notice Lou staring at her from the side. Oh, you're definitely gonna lose your job! Lou muttered to herself while smirking.

"Have a seat, Debbie.." Rusty said. Debbie sat on the chair and saw Lou smiling at her.

"Hey, high and mighty Lou Miller!" Debbie said, the smile on Lou's face gradually fading, and the three fought hard not to laugh.

"Don't call me that!" Lou said to her, "Ehem!" Linus interrupts them just as they're about to get into another heated conversation.

"Debbie, we called you here because of what happened between you and our sister.." Linus said.

Debbie looks at them and then at Lou, who is waving goodbye at her. "Why are you waving goodbye at her, Lou?" Daphne asked.

"I know you called her because you're going to fire her.. " she answered.

"Who says we're going to fire her?" Rusty asked. Lou, looked at her brothers and Daphne, then to Debbie, who was now smiling at her.

"We called her so that you can apologize.." Rusty added.

"Apologize? Me? You want me to apologize to her?"

Lou ask. Rusty and Linus nod their heads.

"No way! Uh uh! Not gonna happen! Period!" Lou said.

Debbie, on the other hand, let out a sigh. *I have a lot of things to do than wait for this spoiled brat slash arrogant slash jerk to say sorry* she said to herself. She stands up from her chair and walks toward Lou.

"Sorry if I yelled at you and for the way I talked to you earlier. Mr. Rusty, Mr. Linus, I'm sorry too.." Debbie apologized.

"You don't have to say sorry, Debbie. It's okay. You can go back to your work now.." Rusty said. Debbie gave him the sweetest smile, then she looked at Daphne.

"You're going to have lunch with me and Nich, okay?" she said. Debbie nodded and walked towards the door.

"You know what, Lou, sometimes you need to lower yourself. Yes, they work for us and are the ones paying them, but without them, do you think you'll be in this position, having a lot of money, if there are no people like them, huh?" Rusty asked her. And he went out of Daphne's office.

"Say sorry to her.." Linus said.

"Why should I?" Lou asked. Linus looked at Daphne and then at her.

"Because she might be the one who can help you with your problem right now.." he answered.

The Supermarket is now busy with lots of people buying food and some stuff they need. It's one of the most popular Supermarkets in New York. Debbie is currently assisting the customers in locating the items they need. Though her work is as a stock refiller, she still does a lot of other things for people without asking for anything in return.

"I heard that you had an argument with Ms. Lou Miller." Amita, one of her close friends, asked.

"Oh yes, the High and Mighty Lou Miller.. " she answered. She and Amita laugh.

"Aren't you afraid of getting fired for helping Penelope and speaking to Ms. Miller in that manner?" Amita asked.

"I am. You know how much I needed this job to support my two sisters, right? But it's not right to treat people that way. We're still humans, for pete sake.." Debbie replied.

"Well, we're lucky that Mr. Rusty is not like her... " Debbie laughed. They are unaware that Lou and Linus were eavesdropping on their conversation.

"Mr. Rusty is so cool, nice, kind, and very handsome," Debbie said. Amita laughs at her.

"Don't forget he's already married!"

"Hey! Of course, I won't forget that. I'm just admiring him. I don't want to ruin their relationship. I do believe in karma.."

"Don't worry, Debbie. I'm sure you'll find someone who will love you and treat you like a princess." Amita said. Debbie smiled at her.

"There's no need to treat me like a princess. As long as I know that he loves me, I will be satisfied, " she said

LUNCH TIME

Daphne pulled Debbie's hand before she could get away with her. Despite being close to the two, Debbie didn't want to go on lunch with them because she was shy.

"I'm not yet hungry, Daph.." Debbie said while Daphne gave her the menu.

"You're not hungry? or is it because you don't want to spend money on your food?" Daphne asked. Debbie didn't respond.

"Debbs, I am aware that you care for your sisters, but please look after yourself as well."

"I'm okay, as long as I see them okay and happy. Don't worry about me," Debbie answered and looked at the menu.

"Okay, I'll order for the two of us.." after Daphne had ordered their food, they waited for Nich to arrive, then Daphne heard her phone ring and saw Lou's name on her phone.

"Excuse me, Debbie.." Daphne said. Debbie nodded, and Daphne answered the call.

"Hello?" Daphne said.

"Yes... What?.. Are you serious?" Debbie is just looking at her.

"Okay, I'll send it to you," then Daphne ended the call and typed something on her phone.

"Your husband?" Debbie asked.

"No, a friend of mine wants to join us for lunch," Daphne answered, smiling.

"Oh, you should not have taken me with you."

"Relax, Debbie... " Daphne answered. Then she saw her entering the restaurant door, her friend had already seen her and walked towards the table wondering what would happen with our lunch.

"You're fast.." Daphne said to her friend.

Debbie looks at Daphne, who's looking at someone, but before she can turn her head, Lou immediately takes a seat beside Daphne.

"Hi!" Lou said.

Debbie, who was surprised to see her, didn't say a word. *What on earth is this arrogant slash jerk doing here?!* she asked herself.
