Iris saw a red maple leaf, the size of a page, lying on the library floor. She bent down and took the leaf. The leaf turned black, and in the middle, the leaf tore into the shape of a circle. The circle started shining into the shape of a silver sphere. Soon, a small moon was visible in the middle of the leaf.
Iris dropped the leaf. Green vines in the shape of DNA ribbon took hold of Iris's hands firmly. Iris tried to let go of her hand, but it crept from her hand to all over her body. Iris felt difficult to breathe, and soon, she fell unconscious.
Iris opened her eyes. Darkness encircled her. Iris's heart hammered loudly, as she sat in the darkness. Suddenly, the moonlight appeared from a square hole above and sparkled on an inscription in black, carved on a stone made of ice, on the glass floor. Iris realised that she was trapped.
Iris got up and walked toward the inscription. Just as she raised her hand to touch the stone, a gush of water came from the opening above, surrounding the inscription. Iris quickly moved her wet hand away.
Near the inscription, there was a bed and a small table where there was a hat. Iris put on the had and sat on the bed. There was a pillow in the shape of a cylinder. Iris lay on the bed, putting her head on the pillow. Due to impulse, Iris shut her eyes.
Iris's eyes opened, and she looked around. The walls started to light up, and images began to take life on the walls. The four walls showed four seasons. Opposite walls showed noon and night, respectively.
Iris went towards the wall with the spring season. She touched the wall. As soon as she touched the wall, she got sucked inside it. She smelled the fragrance of spring, and the petals of the pink cherry blossoms filled the air. The light of spring calmed her body, and she danced merrily in the flower garden. Near the garden, a rainbow was there, out of which flowers bloomed on the top, and slid down the rainbow. The flowers had different shapes and the colour was the same as the part from where the formation occurred. All the flowers came down and floated on the lake nearby. Iris took some of the fragrant flowers, out of which butterflies came out.
A rabbit came near Iris, and Iris patted the rabbit's head. The rabbit ran away, and Iris followed the rabbit to the summer season. As she went through the vast crop field, she saw a piano at the far end. There was a horn on top of the piano, and Iris blew the horn. No sound came, but she blew sparkles which started to take the shape of fairies with orange flame wings. The wings shined in the dark night. The fairies went to the piano. Some of the fairies pushed the piano, to which the piano began moving, while the other fairies sat on the keys of the piano. The fairies played soothing music, which varied according to the scenery. Iris stood still for a moment to appreciate the music, with her hands clasped.
Iris could see the autumn leaves near the edge of Summer. Iris crossed to the place where it was Autumn. There was a tree whose each leaf had a cocoon stuck to it. The cocoons turned into colourful butterflies. The remnants of the cocoons turned into beautiful beads, which fell down. Iris picked up the beads and put them in her pocket.
As time passed through, Iris felt more confident that she was inside a dream. Iris spotted a bow and arrow near one of the trees. She took the arrow and shot at a target. At first, the arrow landed at the black circle of the target and got absorbed. From the yellow circle, a small black dragon emerged and flew for a small distance and disappeared like an illusion in the air, becoming an arrow again. Iris shot the arrows, and for each colour circle, a dragon with the colour where the arrow landed emerged from the yellow circle. After a while, Iris stopped archery and went to explore the rest of the place.
As she strolled through the land, Iris spotted a creature whose head was the globe. The globe had spectacles which moved throughout the globe. When the glasses were at a place, the place showed a magnified version. Around the head of the creature, there was an imaginary orbit, out of which planets started big at a point, and then produced smaller and smaller planets, as the planets reached the opposite point.
As Iris neared the end of Autumn, she spotted trees that had natural green fans on the branches. The leaves grew and fell fast from the trees. Some of the leaves ended up in Winter, and the leaves crumbled from the cold wind. Expecting to wake from the dream, Iris dashed towards Winter, and as expected, because of the cold, Iris awoke from the dream.
She heard two voices near the bed and to her shock, Iris had not still stopped dreaming. She was now in the dark cave, and as she got up, she saw two mummies, covered in white bandages, fighting.
