episode -2 (Dokja's birth myth part - 1)

She was a child who was deeply cherished by Demeter. She was also a child born from another one-night stand of Zeus, but weirdly enough Hera never hated that child.

Hera never hated her husband. He was a bastard, a man-whore if she was bold enough to phrase it like that.

He hadn't always been like that,

No, in fact he was very sweet to Hera during the first few centuries they spent together.

He was the man of her dreams, she used to love him. Hera still loves Zeus, that's why she never went against him, never tried to harm him.

She didn't even hate him when, she caught him with a maid, they were fucking on the couple's marital bed.

That was his first betrayal.

They were supposed to be celebrating Hera's birthday that day, and they did. Zeus and his wife attended the banquet that day. They chatted with friends, discussed affairs happening in the mortal realm.

When the night arrived Zeus whispered words of love into his wife's ears on the same bed he had slept with another woman. He told her just how much he loves her, how she is the only one who he ever loved.

Hera returns the word.

That night the first lady of Olympus cried herself to sleep, while still in the arms of her beloved.

Hera didn't punish that maid, there was no way a mere maid would dare to try to seduce the king of the skies.

Even though she was too opposed to the idea, even though she trusted Zeus with her heart, body and soul. As a queen she was very rational, and it was obvious that the one who initiated this was Zeus.

But she decided to not say anything to him. She doesn't want to lose him. She loves him too much.

So, she decided to believe him.

It seemed like a mistake anyway, there's no way her husband, the Zeus she has known and trusts, would do something like this again. He loves her, he loves her as much as she loves him.

She really believed, with all her heart, that it was a one time thing. She really thought that Zeus would never want to hurt her.

That he'd be loyal to her, just like they had promised each other, after all that was the reason Hera was the Goddess of women and marriage. Zeus and her were supposed to symbolize the perfect marriage.

They were supposed to be loyal to each other, trust each other, protect each other, support each other and love each other for the rest of eternity.

Hera knew that Zeus loved her, she knew that he cared about what she thought of him, but then why?

Just why is he with that human woman right now? Why did Athena support him?

Even tho Athena was not born from her womb, she had respected the fact that she was the daughter of Zeus's late wife.

To her Athena was a daughter, she really didn't care about Zeus's past relationships, as long as he was loyal to her. His past was just another part of his life, just another part of him, and she doesn't want him to forget about it.
