Felix bounced ecstatically, his freckled cheeks rounded with an over-large grin.

"Holy shit I love coffee. Oh my God I'm so excited. Do you think I wore the right outfit?" he stuck a leg out, almost tripping an older man who was walking past them while they stood in line.

"Yes you look great." Changbin muttered, barely glancing at him. He was too busy keeping his Alpha stance- shoulders back, spine straight, chin down.

Felix squealed and Hyunjin ruffled his hair. "You look amazing. As usual."

"Thanks! I can't wait to meet everyone. Oh is that them?!" he pointed to a group of men walking in, but Hyunjin didn't recognize anyone.

"No. Lixie, don't point at people it's rude." With a grin he pushed the Omega's arm down, looking for the best table to seat all seven of them. The one in the back was his favorite, but it was near the bathrooms, and he didn't know how Minho felt about public bathrooms recently.

"Is that them?" the arm was up again, bright-pink hoodie sleeve obstructing his view.

"No. Those are- Jesus 'Lix they've gotta be at least 70 years old, who do you think I hang out with when I'm not with you?"

The blonde chuckled, his deep voice making a few of the other customers look back at him. Changbin drew slightly closer, blocking the thin Omega's body with his own. Hyunjin found it interesting that he could tell when Bin's Alpha had control and when he didn't.

Something he'd have to look into when they had some time alone.

"THERE." His beast spoke loudly.

He turned, spotting Minho through the windows, wrapped in Jisung's arms. They were still in the parking lot- how had the Alpha known he was there?

'BECAUSE I AM FATED. HE IS MINE.'

'He isn't an object you can have.'

'THAT IS A LIE. I HAVE TAKEN HIM BEFORE.'

Emotions roiled behind his eyes. 'You took something else from him too. A fucking choice. Now, stop talking."

That made the beast pause.

There was this air of interest that hadn't been there before, he could feel a metaphorical tilting of the beast's head. Suddenly, he materialized in his mind. He'd never done that before. It scared the hell out of him.

The Alpha was quite large, hulking, and from the distance he kind of looked like Hyunjin- they shared the same exact face- but with tiny differences. His eyes were never so cutting, his mouth not so firm. The Alpha also had a crease in the center of his eyebrows from glaring so often.

"Woah." He said aloud.

"What Jinnie? OH! Is that them? That's them right? Holy shit they're all cute! Wow good haul. Ten out of ten, five stars, both thumbs up, really, you outdid yourself." Felix said into his ear, arms over his shoulders and leaning on his back.

"Next!" the cashier called cheerily.

Hyunjin grimaced, the multiple conversations making him a little dizzy. "Just an americano for me."

Changbin ordered for them, paying as well, and scenting the area proudly from the display of dominance. Maple syrup. Felix blushed, waving the air so it would circulate some of the pheromones.

'YOU WANT HIM TO CHOOSE US? EVEN THOUGH HIS OMEGA ALREADY DID?'

There was such a difference between them. His Alpha was big. In stature and build. He wore only a loosely tied robe, dark brown hair grown down to his waist.
