He looked in the mirror at Jack, or at himself... he couldn't unsee jack within him. Even after so long. Sure, it wasn't jack, he was looking in a mirror after all, but he couldn't help it. It made him pissed, truthfully, and he didn't really know why.
He had been getting more and more upset about that kind of stuff as years went on but, even when he noticed, no matter how much he tried to care about it, he couldn't. Oh well, he looked at a chalkboard calander he had which he somewhat kept track of time with. Aka, he had a lot of tally marks on a chalk board he counted time with. 6 more days until the time marked 5 years from Jack's death.. he scratched his side from anxiety over it all.. but he remembered it happening clearly after watching on the live screen. He had wondered that day why jack didn't just send a double. He sat down calmly In his chair..

-five years ago... almost-

Timothy went into Jack's office after getting scanned at the door, he had confidence in his step all the way until the door shut behind him. Than he could be Timothy, and he'd talk to jack. "Hey...." He always felt awkward when he started the conversation, tho he already knew to take his place sitting across from jack at his desk.
"Heya, Timothy, or my sweet multi-me, how's it going?" Handsome jack wasn't even looking at timothy as he spoke, starring at the screens behind where his chair was, seaming to have monitors watching various areas of the casino and pandora.
"Im... doing well, thank you.... why did you need me?" Timothy watched jack as he now turned and walked over to sir across from his doppelganger.
Stress seamed to linger the area around Jack, but even then how he used his charisma and other techniques,  he didn't let it be noticeable, well, to noticeable that is. As it stood, Timothy could always tell, "well my dear, Timothy, I have to go down and protect my vault, and my power source.." Jack's hands shook, presumably in Timothy's eyes as anger, he instinctively backed away just a little in his chair, "I may not come back to quickly, but the hero always wins in the end so we should be fine. In the mean time, I need you to stand overtime as me, can you do that for me, cupcake?"
Timothy nodded, smiling slightly and giving a nod, "of course, it's always my pleasure to stand in and-" he was cut off by jack meeting his eyes and talking over him.
"Stop with that much, k? I know it's probably scary as shit to have to be me, a guy that's wanted dead in his own casino... I honestly thank you, Timothy." Jack smiled slightly; it wasn't the smile Timothy was used to seeing tho... it wasn't a smug smirk or anything like that, jack honestly smiled at him. Not to mention his actual first name was used,  and that was unusual.
"Really..?" The word fell out of Timothy's mouth before he knew what he said, it made him kind of jab himself in the leg, because damn that sounded dumb.
Jack stopped for a moment and laughed a bit before speaking, "yeah, Kitten, I mean it. Now are you ready to head out after me? For the sake of us not both being seen I've gotta go first, and you leave those doors as soon as I exit cam 24, alright?" Jack stood and walked toward the door, tho stopped at the edge of his desk while Timothy stood up.
"Of course, as soon as you walk out that vibrant green door I'll leave your office just like I'm you, as I always am here." Timothy grinned and he saw Jack sort of... watch him.
Jack starred at Timothy for a minute before he nodded, pulling out a poker chip from his pocket and flipping it over to Timothy. "I'll see you when I get back, Cupcake, keep the place running smoothly while I'm gone and if anything happens, get ahold of me on echo."
Timothy gave a nod after catching the coin, he starred blankly at the door after it closed behind jack, tho he quickly managed to focus on the cams again, watching jack be extravagant as he always was.. charismatic, charming, extra, whatever you called him, it was jack, and he made an impression.
When Timothy's eyes finally landed on 24, he saw Jack lean against the door for a minute and stare at the camera with a smirk, finally he blew the camera a whitted kiss, probably to mess with Timothy as he always did, than he exited through the vibrant green door.
Poker chip in hand, Timothy walked out the door with a large, toothy grin on his face, waving at those he passed.
"That a new pair of shoes?  They look great,  polished?  No,  oh well,  go spend some money! " the words weren't his own,  but Timothy played the role well, and that was what he was supposed to do,  play the role well.

-5 years later,  almost.-

Timothy flipped the poker chip with his right and caught it with his left hand before he scratched his side under his shirt again. He then looked down and read the words.. "Hey baby,  I'll show you VIP," Jack thought it was hilarious to put pick up lines on poker chips,  he had the money to do why not? At this point timothy collected them,  but,  this one was special as it had Jack's special dotting.. he said something about the orange and red dots bringing good luck,  but for all timothy cared it was just his last peice of jack... that and his dna...
Oh,  right,  Timothy had Jack's DNA injected in him a long time ago,  actually,  it was the first thing the double had done,  but it was,  too say the least, intriguing as timothy was the only double to have it done.  Timothy was also one of the first doubles tho, so it made sense he supposed... he was also the only one of the 24 doppelgangers to live..
Timothy looked up at the ceiling than his eyes widened- the calander.  He quickly stood and looked at all the tallys, a smile crossing his lips- fuck he'd been waiting for this. He walked over to the health supply and opened it from the door at the side instead of the casing. He looked at all the health now looking syringes.

(TW, THIS ISN'T DRUGS BUT ITS TALKED ABOUT.....LIKE DRUGS also, Injection.)

Timothy carefully picked up the 'health now' object. The difference? Well,  from what he knew it came down to science- or so he sorta figured. After grabbing the item he smiled and went over to his matress, sitting and setting it down at the table. You see, when jack had first came up with the doubles idea, he hired a few extra scientist to help him with his own skill at creating a DNA supliment, or at least that is what jack told Timothy, and he trusted jack.
Timothy slowly started to clean a spot on his side before he stopped and looked at the tally board again and froze... 449 450 451.... fuck. He set down the supliment carefully on a sanitized rag and walked back toward the health supply and opened it up.. he took out the last box of what he had left and started counting. 12 13 14........ FUCK he was an idiot... no.
Timothy's eyes widened as he started in shock. He grabbed a sheet of paper to do the math and quickly sat at the table, he figured he would count the six days for it to be a total five years and he than took into account he started with three hundred ten, he knew he'd used 10 randomly on the whim and for the first twenty six weeks he took two instead of one which he did than only one for the remaining two hundred thirty four... fifty two and two hundred thirty four.. that should be 15!
Timothy glanced over to his chair and saw the syringe on the rag... oh.. well Fuck. He carefully put the box back in the health supply cooler and shut the door before he walked back over. His side itched where he would usually put the supliment but he was worried now.. what would happen if he ran out? Should he only use half the supliment instead?
It isn't like the casino is open anymore so it wouldn't matter if he was a propper double of Jack anyway, right? So who would care? But his side was burning and itching like crazy. He tried to ignore the supliment in the past and he ended up needing two... it was like he was hooked to a drug but he didn't mind? It helped him, and if he needed to get around the casino it was way easier. It's not like he needed the supliment, he just used it for the possibility of personal gain..
Timothy let out a shaky breath before dropping his coat behind him and pulling up his shirt. He sanitized the area again before grabbing the supliment and letting the air out of the syringe before he pressed it into his skin, carefully he pushed the suplimentin and it hurt to go so slow.. he only put half before taking out the syringe and cleaning needle end. He was beyond shaky as he wiped the needle off, but he quickly stabled himself and walked over the the health supply cooler and put the supliment it.
He grabbed a cup of water and quickly drank it, trying to calm the feeling it gave him. Usually he liked it but it didn't feel like enough. He couldn't do any more of it tho... he had to save it and make it last..
He walked away and grabbed his jacket, slipping it back on before glancing outside, it want dark yet but it wasn't to light either. It would be easy enough to dream out and grab some more food material from the other small indoor casino ran by some girl he didn't remember the name of. He made his way in the right direction quickly, not stopping for anything.
