Trigger warning: Domestic violence

"So, y/n, how's it going with you and Liam?" Julia asked while making dinner.
"It's going great, our date a few days ago went well, he asked me to move in with him in his house" you smiled at her from the living room.
"NO he did not!" Julia smiled shocked with her hands over her mouth.
"He did" you chuckled with red cheeks.
"I'm happy to hear that, you need a man that won't cheat on you" Julia smiled, referring to Midas' cheating.
"Yeah, he's so sweet, and he has a stable income and comes from a good household" you smiled and looked at your phone.
1 new text message from Liam<3
"Speaking of Liam" you smiled and got out of the couch and walked to your room.
"Hi Liam" you said in the phone.
"Hello y/n, missed me since you're calling?" Liam asked with a slight grin.
"A bit maybe" you bit your lip and got red cheeks.
"I just got off from work, I can come by if you want to" Liam informed you.
"You'd do that?" you asked him.
"I would do more than that, sweetie" Liam grinned through the phone.
"Yeah you can come by" you chuckled.
"Alright, see you in 20, beautiful" Liam said before hanging up. You got dressed in something else than your pyjamas before walking out to Julia, who hyped you up and supported your decision of letting him come pick you up.
"Girl yes you better go live your best life!" Julia said and hugged you.
"And Liam actually has time for me unlike Midas" you added with a smile.
"Midas is OUT of your life, y/n, let's focus on Liam" Julia winked at you. A car honked out in the street, and Julia gave you one last hug before sending you out the door.
"Hi there" Liam smiled cutely as you got in his Toyota.
"Hi Liam" you smiled.
"You look pretty, y/n" he smiled.
"Thank you" you blushed and looked away from him. Liam drove you back to his house near Frenzy Farm. Inside he had prepared a candlelit dinner for you, complete with a bouquet of flowers for you and red wine on the table.
"You prepared all this?" you smiled at him.
"I did, people think I'm a good chef" Liam smiled and took off his jacket before sitting down. You put the flowers down and took off your coat as well before sitting down in front of him. Liam poured you a glass of red wine, a wine that was too cheap for your store. If he had money to live in a house, he'd have money to buy better wine than this $10 stuff you were currently drinking. Not that he was rich by any means but come on.
"So, Liam, how's work?" you asked, eating an overcooked and dry steak, forcing it down with water, not wanting to touch the cheap wine.
"It's alright, I might get a promotion instead of that douche George" Liam said and took a sip of wine, clearly enjoying his dry and overcooked steak.
"Sorry for asking, but where did you work again?" you asked.
"I work at a car store in Lazy Lake, I'm a salesman" Liam explained with a smile."Oh alright. How do you get a promotion?" you asked and took a sip of your bad wine.
