Mishti Bose
"What?" I questioned again. He has gone nuts. Totally!
"Kya tumhe hearing problem hai? Ek baar sunne ke baad samajh nahi aata hai kya?" Abir answered and I chuckled.
"Agar aapke sensible opinions sunne ke baad, to jee nahi." I quipped and he lost it.
"Stop with this pretence!" He fumed."Kya? Kya pretend kar rahi hu mai?" I asked back. I really wanted to know.
"Tum apne exquisite sarcasm ko use karke reality se bhaag rahi ho! Wake up." He snapped his fingers at me. And then there was a terrific silence. Not able to bear it anymore, I opened my mouth.
"Get out." I said."Excuse me?" He narrowed his eyes at me.
"Ab sunne ki problem kisko hai?" I smiled.
"You cannot do this." He gritted his teeth.
"Actually I can. Ye mera ghar hai and currently you're standing in my private space and it's 1 in the night! Aakhri baar respectfully bol rahi hu. Get out." I said one last time retaining my cool."Mishti, tum aise-"
Without giving him a chance to complete his words, I pushed him out and closed the door. All because of some bullshi- ughh!

It was almost 8 when we returned to home. Maa, baba and Niha went inside to check upon Dadi while I welcomed the Bharadwaj family to the house properly. As in, I made Abir stumble by keeping my leg out when he was about to step inside. Controlling my laughter, I cleared my throat. That was for pushing me out of the car!
"Thanks for the welcome." He grumbled and stood up as Pranav was laughing hard.
"And you, ek mahine ke liye Wi-Fi cut." He retorted and Pranav stopped giggling once and for all. This monster can't see anyone happy! Self centred pig!
"Anna! You can't." He whined and went to aunty to complain and I snickered. All younger siblings are same."Aur tum! Samajhte kya ho apne aap ko? Ki ye sab stunts karoge aur mai tumhe akela chod dunga?" He glared at me.
"Maa! Sabke liye chai lau?" I asked completely ignoring him and he immediately took a step back. But he fumed more as he noticed there was actually no one.
"Good. Maintain that fear." I smirked and went away swaying my body happily. And 15 minutes later, we were all rounded up near the dining table to have our breakfast. We were sitting at the extreme ends and glaring at each other that surprisingly Niharika and Pranav didn't notice.
"Aunty, breakfast is amazing." Pranav smiled and Maa gushed. See. That's called good manners.
"Are Pranav, ye Mishti ke shondesh ke aage kuch bhi nahi hai. You should've tasted it." He commented and I narrowed my eyes at him. Where was he getting at!
"Then I missed it." Pranav said sadly."It's okay Pranav. Didi abhi banayegi tumhare liye. Haina?" Niha asked mischief glinting in her eyes. So this was the plan. Abir smirked and thanked her.
"Haa haa. Kyu nahi?" Maa said and baba nodded his head smiling. Everyone looked at me expectantly and I sighed.
"Just give me three hours." I said and Pranav gleamed."Aunty, salt kidhar hai?" Abir questioned.
"Mishti, pass the salt beta." Baba asked and Abir stood up immediately.
"It's okay uncle. Mai le lunga." He smiled as he walked towards me with an arrogant smirk plastered on his face. I felt scared for a second and clutched my palazo tightly. He saw that he had an effect on me and his smirk grew wider. He bent down to take the salt and whispered in my ear.
"Three hours nahi pura din lelo. Par tum Pranav ko tumhari zindagi me shondesh nahi khila paoge." He said.
"Challenge accepted." I smirked and placed the salt box into his hand.
"All the best then Mishti Bose." He smiled. It was of pure mockery.
Abir Bharadwaj
I knew I had an effect on her. The way she clutched on to her palazo for dear life made me smirk even more. So she's terrified. I wouldn't harm her even in my dreams but to see her all fussed up and scared like a little kitten brought some kinda happiness in me. Sadist, yes!
