Time had passed on and I had lost count of how many hours went by. I was surprised I was still going, but I felt so tired. I was so drained I was reaching my limit before I pass out.

Sasuke had his hands on the sides of my arms, just below my shoulder, helping me stay up so I wouldn't collapse.

Kakashi: how is coming y/n? I'm getting worried, you're pushing yourself too far.

Me: I'm okay....I can't last a little longer. He's alive, so I'm healing as much as I can.

Sai: you're hurting yourself by pushing it.

Sasuke: it's alright, he's alive, so take a break.

Me: no, not until we get an answer.

Naruto: for christs sakes y/n, you're gonna pass out!

Me: I don't care! I'm helping someone, that's all that matters. This person is important to Sasuke so let me help. Now stop distracting me.

Hinata: his chakra flow is there, but it's not very good looking.

Kakashi: at least it's there.

Sai: there's the pink headed girl.

Naruto: Sakura!

Sakura: hurry up! Let's go!

Hinata: she approved it?

Sakura: it took a lot of convincing.

Kakashi: alright, let's go.

I stood up and immediately collapsed right over, thankfully Sasuke was still right behind me and caught me.

Sasuke: kakashi, will you carry itachi for me?

Kakashi: alright, don't drop y/n though.

Sasuke: I won't.

Naurto: alright, let's go!

Sasuke lifted me up into his arms and kakashi picked itachi up, then we were off. I didn't stay awake very long, I passed out after a few minutes.

I woke up and blinked a little as bright lights were beaming down into my eyes. I knew this place far too well.

I landed myself in the hospital....again.

Kakashi: you're awake I see.

Me: why am I here?

Tsunade: because you pushed yourself too far y/n hatake. What have I told you?!

Me: I'm sorry....but hey, I brought an almost dead man back to life.

Tsunade: yea, I know. I am impressed I'll have to say. But don't ever try that shit again.

Me: if I'm going to be your successor, I'm going to do whatever I can even if it kills me. Isn't that a rule?

Kakashi: she sounds like you Tsunade.

Tsunade: courage of her father, spirit of her mother.

Kakashi: yup.

Me: wait, how's itachi?

Tsunade: for someone who just woke up, you're quite talkative, but he will make a full recovery thanks to you. Sasuke hasn't left his side.

Me: good. What about everyone else? Where is everybody?

Tsunade: naruto, Sakura, Sai, and Yamato have been sent on another mission to help protect a clan that holds a forbidden jutsu. The others are just fine and are within the village.
