Winter was long to a farewell, Spring's just arrived.
It was a rainy afternoon, the clouds poured lightly, the sun was hiding away.

There stood a girl, she usually had a bright happy smile painted on, but after working here for a couple of months, being scolded, nagged, pressured; that smile slowly left her face.
She had plump red characteristic lips, and a brand-new kimono with a ruffled sleeved apron, along with new hair-sticks in her hair.
Kayo's P.O.V third person.
" Gyaaaa! " Kayo squeaked, after seeing at least 2-3 rats around the inn.
She sighed of relief when the rats left her alone, " Ahhh, I really hate these rats around!! Their a pain in the neck!" Kayo picked up the dishes left on the tables.
" Kayo! What did I say about yelling?! " The owner of the inn, Lady Sho, scolded Kayo again for her flaw of being afraid of rats.
" I'm sorry Lady Sho!" Kayo sweated and looked at her feet.
" I'll try not to let it happen again..." Kayo tried to keep her temper down and said it in a calm tone.
" My goodness Kayo, hurry up and finish, we don't have all day you know!" Lady Sho scolded Kayo again for not being done at all.
" Goodness this girl, now of all times," Lady Sho murmured to herself in a bad mood and turned around and walked away, but Kayo heard everything, she can't keep a single thing to herself
Kayo stuck her tongue out behind her back
" Nmmh!!" Kayo stuck her tongue out.
Kayo ran to the kitchen with bowls and plates on her hands, she was "asked" for them to be put away,
" Phew, it's almost my break, I really need it, I'm really tired from being over worked!" Kayo walked out the kitchen.
" Excuse me! -" A customer asked.
" Huh? Oh, yes!" Kayo dashed over.
" Why are there so many rodents roaming around? It's really making me sick to my stomach . . . " The customer looked pale.
" I'm really sorry about that, we've been having this problem for a while." Kayo frowned.
" Why don't you get a cat? Or even rat poison or, at least some rat traps...?" The customer recommended.
" I'm afraid we can't, some of our customers might be allergic to cats. Also, the owner of this inn really doesn't like cats for some reason." Kayo said, brushing the other questions off
" Well then, I'll just have Yakitori, and some water as well." The customer just got food.
" Yes, of course!" Kayo wrote Yakitori down and headed to the kitchen.
