I met up with Logan for lunch because all the guys know that i plan on proposing to Maleah but i wanted to tell someone on her side. "Wassup big dawg?" Logan asked me as I got to the table "Nothing much, about to meet Maleah's peoples later on today, what's going on with you?" I asked him while dapping him up. "Not shit just games after games" He says shrugging while holding his drink. "Why you bring me here Hall? I'm trying my best to keep it cordial with you?" He asked. "Understandable" I say nodding and grabbing the ring out of my pocket to show him. His jaw dropped. "What the fuck." He says picking it up. "Hate to break it to you but it's a No" He says sliding it back to me. "Thank god it's not for you" I say closing it. "When do you plan on proposing?" He asked me "That's the thing i don't know, and i don't want everyone there just us" I say. "It may sound corny but take her to the beach. She always said she wanted to either be married on the beach or proposed on the beach" He says. I nodded. "Why not do both?" I joked. He shrugged. 

"Why not- You haven't met mom and dad?." He says. I shook my head. "Nope, I have over FaceTime but that's just to say hi that's it." I say shrugging. "Im sorry if this comes off rude or anything but, they may come off very shallow. They won't seem welcoming at first but if you show that you wanna stay you can't let everything they say get to you." He says. "Wow, no wonder where Maleah got it from." I scoffed. "Who you telling?" He says smacking his lips and scratching his head. "But I don't think Mal has told them everything that has happened between you too so I think you're good." He says. I look at him as I raised my eyebrows. "Oh, she's told them a few stories." I say rubbing my chin. He nodded and rubbed his hands together. "Well- just fight the power of the Walkers my brotha, I gotta get to practice. But you'll be good bro." He says hitting my arm and walking out. I grabbed the ring out of my pocket and looked at it. I really hope she loves it. Logan came back to the table.  "Where does Mal think you are right now?" He asked me. "Getting a haircut and Grocery Store." I say. "Oh she's gonna kill you if you aren't back with either one." He laughed. I realized we didn't even order anything for real but I just put a fifty on the table and walked out with him. "I have to get her and Gianna Cinnamon Toast Crunch, chocolate ice cream, French toast sticks and, pizza rolls." I say looking at the lists of things Mal sent me. "Oh that's nothing." He laughed. "Exactly, just tell her the haircut took longer than expected." I say unlocking my car. He shook his head and dapped me up. "Catch you around Hall." He says walking to his car. "You too brotha" I say as I got in.

"Daddy's Home!" Gianna squealed as I scared her walking in through the garage door. "Hi pumpkin, I got your French toast sticks." I say. "Can I have some now?" She asked holding onto my shorts. "What did you eat before I came home?" I asked her while putting the groceries up. "Uhh Noting?" She says with a smile going from ear to ear. She's adorable you can't tell her No. "Whatttt, you had hash browns and eggs with orange juice what are you talking about?" Maleah says coming from the living room. My jaw dropped as I looked at Gianna. "You lied to me??" I say pointing to myself. "Oh GiGi im hurt!" I say falling to the floor. I heard Maleah laugh at me and Gianna came to my face. "Stop it!" She screams while trying to pick up my head. "No! You hurt my feelings" I say covering my face. She tried her best to pull my fingers back. I moved them and closed my eyes. She poked me in the eye trying to open them. "Daddy! I'm trying to talk to you" She groans. I opened my eyes and looked at her. She looked up at Maleah. "I didn't do it, you did." Mal says. "I'm sowwy I hurt your feelings. I didn't mean it." She says leaning on me. "It's okay baby, I was just messing with you." I say picking her up with me as I got up and threw her over my shoulder. She squealed and laughed. "Hi mama." I say kissing and hugging Mal. "Hey baby" She says rubbing my back. I put Gianna on the counter and she went over to the rest of the bags. "Can I open them?!" She asked pulling out all the candy in the bag. Maleah looked at me. "You're gonna want it sometime later so why not get it when I was there." I say shrugging."You right." She says opening the lifesavers gummies. "What time is your brothers shower?" I asked her. Her eyes widened. "Two o'clock..." She says I looked at the time on the stove.
