As I plunged under the water, I saw the strange man give a forceful kick and charge into the darkness that lay ahead. I swam a little more and then knowing I would run out of breath soon I swam up to the surface.as I broke the surface, I was blinded by the sun. As my eyes adjusted, I looked around frantically for the beach, yet all I saw was miles of sea green water and a pail purple sky with splotches of orange and in the middle was a blinding white sun.
After a few minutes of worrying myself I convinced myself I was dreaming and I was still lying on the beach in the sunlight. I dunked myself under and swam in the direction the strange man had gone. Every time I pulled myself forward the water became more dark. I finally came to a point where I couldn't see anything but then a luminescent green light appeared. I looked where it was coming from but then realized it was coming from me! Then I realized I hadn't taken a breath in awhile. I started to get scared so I kicked my legs and arms around until I realized I was breathing. I finally looked forward and saw a pitch black abyss giving off a cold feeling in my veins. I mustered up enough courage and gave one powerful kick and shot into the darkness
